Review: I just don't understand why sell a warranty that's not ligament.I want my money back for this fraud

I purchased a 2003 Acura tl on 8/7/XXXX XXX,102 miles I thought it was a lot so I was going to walk away from the deal but when I was presented a 7 year 100k miles warranty with a $100 dollar deductible that was the deal closure. So I felt my car sputtering so I took it to the Acura dealership they recommended a new tranny but when I gave them the warranty card they couldn't get in contact with them so they didn't help me. So I went to aamco but they couldn't get in touch with w.a.s as well. So I took it back to the place where I got the car from & they as we'll called y'all and went to the net but they seen this company was a fraudulent company. So I don't know what to do so just want my $878.05 back so I can put it towards the repairs to my car.thank you for your helpDesired Settlement: I paid $878.05 for a 7year 100k miles warranty. But I only driven the car 32k miles so I'm not asking for the whole $878 but at least $500. But I feel that it will be fair but at the same time I feel that I was ripped off so for that I'm entitled to the whole $878 dollars back.

Review: I was sold a warranty by Mook's Motors at the time of sale on my Jeep on 8/28/2009 on 2/25/2014 I took my jeep in to Lithia Jeep and found there is a problem with the transmission Lithia tried to call the warranty and got no answer Lithia called me and ask me to call Mook's so I did and Brad from Mook's gave me the run around and when I tried to call back would not answer so I called Revdex.com and you checked the name of the warranty company and found they where bankrupt so I called Mook's back because my contract was made with Mook's Motors at the time of sale so now I have a pay bill for $660.00 when in 2009 I paid mook's motors $1278.00 for a warranty that is no good
