I purchased a Chevrolet Malibu LT from Johnson Motors Chevrolet on September 11, I agreed to buying the car "as-is" However, on the 28th day of ownership, I had my car serviced at an independent dealership in relation to the engine running rough upon accelerationI was told that the engine needed a new timing chainThis would be approximately $I called Johnson to see if they would be able to assist me in this situation as it had not even been one month when a catastrophic failure occurredI was told by the salesman that "There is nothing Johnson could do as I had not purchased a warranty" I took the car to a certified Chevrolet dealership other than Johnson Chevrolet for a second opinionAs it ended up, the timing chain guide had sheared off and exploded in the engineThis ended up in me having to pay to have a used engine placed in the carThe old engine was beyond repairAs a college student, this put a huge financial strain on me and my familyJohnson Motors

Review: On 1/15/2016 I rented a non smoking room (163) at [redacted]. On Saturday 1/16/2016 I posted my 30 notice as I was only going to stay at the property for one month. on the night of the 16th, 17th and 18th drug addict and smokers did not comply with the non smoking rules and my room became full of smoke. Also, I was being bitten by something in the night. This was not acceptable and I vacated the premises on the 18th. I spoke to a representative who was not concerned about the drug addicts but said they are working to clear them out. Today 2/16/2016 I called Warren Properties manager [redacted] about my refund and went over the reason for leaving the property, she too had no concern about the drug addict, smokers and bugs, but only stressed I owed money for breaking the lease. I mentioned to her I actually gave notice but was shocked that my reason for leaving the property was not taken into consideration. She felt it was better to go through a small claims court to seattle the issue,Desired Settlement: I would like to receive my deposit of $200 back and a portion of the ($664.00) months rent as I only stayed in the property for 3 days due to the unsatisfactory conditions.
