Warren's Moving company refuses to speak to me over the phone regarding the damage their movers and repair man did to my furniture On July 12, Warrens Moving company damaged my furniture during a moveI reported the damages via email to [redacted] A repair man by the name of Fred [redacted] came to my apartment on 7/to fix damage and was hour an minutes late, made the furniture worse than it was before he started, and at 2:on 7/I asked him to leave as I could see he could not competently complete the jobI reached out via phone to a female who answers the phone for Warrens Moving by the name of Chris and she said that there is no higher up to talk to and that I have to email [redacted] and hope for a responseLater I was contacted via email from Daniel [redacted] and he asked for an explanation and pictures which I thoroughly explained and sent to himHe said that I didn't let Fred finish the job and if I did he would have done it correctly
