I never spoke to a gentleman by the name of [redacted] with the company  nor did he speak to my wife. There is a trust when someone works on your vehicle and they lost my trust  when their mechanic lied to my face when he told me he rotated my tires. If he would have said to me oops I just over looked that I could accept the mistake. Please pass this on to [redacted] that I have never spoken with that I will never bring a vehicle back into his shop except for free tire rotation. Thanks for all your help

Regarding Repair order number [redacted] We take 3 vehicles that we take to this shop for routine maintenance and repairs, and I have suspected lately that they have not been performing the service they were hired to perform. For example, when tires are rotated they are supposed to check the air pressure, and this has not been done. In one case, just two days after they supposedly rotated and checked the pressure on our tires, they were are all extremely under-inflated. This time (on the repair number above), I marked the rear tires with white chalk to see if their mechanics actually rotated the tires. Unfortunately, the tires were still in their original location when I picked up the vehicle. This is not the first time this has happened to me at their shop.

I purchased the tires from Warrenton Tire & Auto specifically because one of the selling points was that I could get free tire rotation when I brought the vehicle in for service. The tire sales person must have told me this at least 10 times that this is a great value. Now I know why it is such a great value – because THEY don't actually rotate the tires.

If they’re not rotating the tires, how do I know they are actually performing the other services I have paid them for? I have lost all trust in their company, and will never bring any of my cars back into their shop.

The customer reply does not make sense. He is correct that he did not speak to [redacted]. He spoke with [redacted] (myself). I also have been the one corresponding with the Revdex.com. So I can understand the confusion there, but I cannot understand the customer saying he will never come back to our store. He was back the next week to take care of the mistake we made by getting the free rotation service performed, as well as a free tire balance (a $40.00 value) to insure missing the last rotation would not cause in lasting effects to the tires. The customer was also told this service could be done all his vehicles to ensure work was done properly and hopefully instill the trust we lost by the previous transaction. After this he agreed he would only bring his vehicles backs for the free rotation service and nothing else. I told him this would be fine and we look forward to winning back his trust.

Please forward this to the customer and let me know if there are any further actions I made need to take.

When the Company responded to my original complaint a gentleman by the name of [redacted] responded to the complaint and said in his email that he had spoken to me. ( I never spoke to him ) [redacted] I understand you are now stuck in the middle of this but now you tell me I came in and had a free tire rotation ( 40.00 dollar value ) which is a free service that you provide when you purchase tires from your establishment. At least that is what the sales guy told me. That is what this complaint is about if you say you rotated the tires on my vehicle and it was not done who is to say that you guys are performing any services that I am paying for. I will be back to your shop for the free tire rotation on my vehicles, I will not be bringing my vehicles back for any services that needs to be done.I am done trying to explain this to you if you want to speak to me please call me at [redacted]. I can also tell you that when anyone asks me about where to get any work done on their vehicle I will tell them anywhere but Warrenton tire center.
