Review: I dropped off my laundry at Wash Club on the night of September [redacted], including several pieces of clothing, a bedsheet, and a mattress pad and paid for the wash and fold service up front. When I received my items back the following morning, the duvet cover, which was worth 60$, was absolutely destroyed by Wash Club. The fabric was ripped and brittle, and there was cotton stuffing coming out of the seams. The item has been washed before by another laundromat with no problem. The item was less than 2 months old and was completely unusable after I got it back from wash club - absolutely demolished by their improper and negligent washing.
When I brought the destroyed object to the store, the [redacted] refused to do anything, or even refund me for the cost of a wash and fold. The [redacted] would only offer me a discount on my "next" wash and fold at Wash Club. I won't be returning.Desired Settlement: I would like my 60$ mattress cover to be reimbursed by the business that negligently destroyed it.
Review: I utilize Wash Club as my primary laundry service and have been doing so for the last 18 months. At first their service was good, but it has continued to go downhill. I have made numerous complaints about their service, but nothing has changed. However, this time their error has cost me a great deal of money. I sent my laundry to them this past week specifically specifying a bag to be washed delicately and air dried as these clothes cannot be put in the dryer. They did not follow my instructions and the entire bag of clothing is ruined. The items have shrunk significantly and now no longer fit me. The items in this bag total well over $350.Desired Settlement: I would like a cash refund for my laundry order as well as to be compensated for the damaged clothes.
