Wash World Dry Cleaners

Review: I started to wash my laundry at approximately 8 pm. A taped notice on the washer said it was working but running a little longer than usual. It is more than four hours later and my laundry is still "washing." I cannot open the door to the machine and there has been no management around for at least three of the four hours. There is no posted phone number to contact management should something go wrong. More than half of the machines in the laundromat are broken and labeled as such and another quarter are broken and unlabeled, including the one that is currently "washing" my clothing. This is unacceptable.Desired Settlement: My clothing will no doubt be damaged by the incessant washing. The clothing is my work attire and each piece is expensive. I want the damaged clothing replaced.I will replace the clothing myself if the laundromat commits to an enacts a better customer service policy. If a high percentage of the machines are malfunctioning, there should be an attendant available in case something else goes wrong. At the very least, there should be a number where management/maintenance can be reached 24/7.
