Washer Wizzard fixed my appliance on [redacted] I was told the repair comes with 6 month warranty, the next I notice my fridge and freezer, kept freezing up th next day. due to emergency in my family I wasnt able to call at the time, on[redacted] I called and I was told the repair will be done later that day, we missed each other,I called washer Wizzard on [redacted] and the owner was unproffessional and he stated he recorded conversation without informing me. I resquested the copy of the recorded conversation with him to prove he was lariing to me, he stated he will not honor my warranty because I stated he couldn't record my conversation without prior notice and also stated I have to pay extra money to him to correct the problem he created.Product_Or_Service: evaporator fan motorDesired SettlementI want him to come out and fix the problem he created.Business Response Contact Name and Title: [redacted]Contact Phone: XXXXXXXXXXContact Email: [redacted]we offer a 6 month warranty ON REPLACED PARTS AND LABOR the issue this customer has is not our replaced part or our labor she has a air damper issue we fixed a evaporator motor,,the evaporator motor is in the freezer the air damper is in the fridge 2 totally separate issues,,now as a curticy we offered to look at her unit at no charge on [redacted] after 5 pm,,we arrived at [redacted] pm and no one was thear,we left a card,then we get a call the next day saying I had a emergency ,our response well you needed to call and cancel and you did not, she was advised of all the above and also advised it not the same issue that because she wasted our time our gas for a free house call she can either bring the unit to us or pay a m-f house call of [redacted] either way parts and labor wold be due as it is not the same issue..((((IN HER OWN WORDS COPYED FROM ABOVE))) due to emergency in my family I wasnt able to call at the time, on [redacted] I called and I was told the repair will be done later that day, we missed each other,I called washer Wizzard on [redacted] missed the apt she has a cell phone I offer 24 hr service NO Longer My ISSUE we will no longer deal with this customer for ANY future repairs but will honer our 6 month warranty for what we have done EVAPORATOR [redacted] MOTOR ASSEMBLY ty all HER JOB IS COMPLEATED SHE NEEDS ADDITONAL WORK AT A ADDITIONAL COST she is NOT willing to pay for not related to the work we have done Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)When washer wizard and his wife came do the job on my freezer he opened the fridge and pull down the side controller inside my fridge and didn't put it back in space, I asked his wife and him if they fixed it by putting the controller back. when I called the business back on the [redacted] in his own word that they there is gap between from the controller the cold air is coming from that space, if he didn't pull down the side controller inside the fridge, I won't be having the problems now. The problem started since the business in question came to fixed the fridge. All I want is the business send someone to fixed the problem they created.
