Review: On 01/09/2013, I cancelled my membership to this particular gym. After completing all necessary steps to cancel my membership, I was informed that charges would stop after January's billing cycle. I have been charge $60 dollars every month since January. After calling customer service and the gym, talking with managers and other customer service representatives, I was informed that they could not do anything to stop the charges nor cancel my membership. This is the fourth time that they have charged my credit card.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of charges since January, to include:February - charged $60March - charged $60April - charged $60And also that they cancel my membership.
