Dear [redacted];I was quite surprised when my employer received the letter of complaint from [redacted], whom I assisted in processing his Russia Visa. The only way I know how to respond to this complaint is to include documentations and emails as...

Exhibits and refer to them as I go along.1.Exhibit "A": [redacted] Passport Request Form dated 4/24/14 was received on 4/29/142.Exhibit "B"; This is a copy of the Passport Order as is appears in out database-The events are clearly documented specifically in the "Notes' field, which shows the passport was submitted on 4/29 - rejected to the Passport Agency on 5/2; [redacted] sent the correct forms to be resubmitted on 5/16 {almost 12 weeks later) on which date it was resubmitted and the process was completed on 5/19.I remained in constant and continuous communication with [redacted] via enmail during the entire process. I have attached as Exhibit "C" numerous emails from myself to [redacted] and vice versa. After the passport processing was completed, I scanned and emailed the information page of [redacted]'s passport to him so that he could complete the Russia Visa Application Form which is attached as Exhibit "D". This application was submitted to the Russian Embassy and the Russian agent requested a number of corrections including the pencil markings on the applications. My emails to [redacted] are detailed as to what transpired. The documentation that I have presented will show that [redacted] did not include viltal information on his Russia Visa Application which delayed a timely process. He also did not comply with the request of the Russian embassy in a timely manner. In our communication closer to [redacted] travel date he asked that we process a 3 year multiple entry Visa where the processing time would be 3 business days at a cost of $450 00, We tried to assist with this request which the Russian embassy requested that [redacted] appear in person for an interview- [redacted] declined -I then told him that Russia will only issue a visa according to his travel dates listed on his application which [redacted] listed 19/6/2014 as his date of entry in Russia and 30/6/2014 as his date of departure. Attached as Exhibit "E" is a copy of the visa that was issued by the Russian embassy at their discretion of which lour organization does not have any control.[redacted] was emailed a scan of the Visa before it was shipped to him to meet his travel date. Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions you may have.Sincerely,Angela H[redacted]

The exact same letter that was sent to Washington Express Visa, and was also refused by them saying the embassy wouldn't accept it without another letter, has not only been accepted by another agency without another letter but has also been accepted by the embassy so Washington Express Visas told me a pack of lies. What ever you are told by Washington Express Visa will probably be a pack of lies don't bother wasting your money with this agency. They are not worth it.

[email protected] [email protected] Three email addresses for Washington Express Visa as I can't get on to the correct page to type them on.

sorry it is [email protected]

I enquired about the documents required by them for Chinese business visa, they told me that the embassy changed the policy recently and required extra documents. I have had many people investigate this and it is a load of rubbish, the so called executive director actually told me her self it was true however this was a pack of lies, she was so rude, and totally unhelpful, run a mile away from Washington express visas and never look back, there are many other agencies out there that are helpful and polite. I'm not even going to give it a star rating they do not deserve it for their lies. I see their first complaint was in 2015. then in 2016 now in 2018 they are definitely a company to steer clear of.

Review: Company did not follow through with their promised delivery time for Visa procesing and delivery.Desired Settlement: There is no reasonable response to thier inadequate performance. Their delay has caused major travel impact for me and my business. At the bare minimum, they should refund the money for not meeting their promised delivery time.

Review: Fist of I would like to say that I was dealing with Angela H[redacted] and she was very professional and helpful, however regardless of her professionalism and great service here are some issues with my processing and complications that I ran into due to delay, all the issues and errors that I encountered by dealing with washingtonexpressvisas.

This company provides Passport Processing and Visa Processing services. I have done both with them. I found them on google and the advertisement was that by using their company I will be able to renew my passport much faster (Expedited Service) then going through USPS and get my Visa within couple of days by using their (Expedited Service) and that's why I payed this company money.

Issue #1:

I have called this company several times before sending out my passport along with all the required documents to make sure that I have filled out all the necessary paperwork, after going over the documents that were required by them to renew my passport and change the name I have mailed everything out by using [redacted] (using 2 day service) on 4/30/14. After receiving documents they have contacted me to let me know that everything is received and will be filled the following day. Couple days latter I've received a call from Washington telling me that all the documents that were delivered by my carrier (washingtonexpressvisas) need do be picked up due to the following errors (missing paperwork and check that was brought to them was blank and has no signature) I've called washingtonexpressvisas and let them know that there are some problems and they assured me that the check was written out correctly and that Washington was the one who lost my paperwork and they do this all the time, so at that point I called back to Washington Passport Agency to fight with them, telling them that washingtonexpressvisas told me that the check is not blank and you have lost my paperwork at which point they told me that all the paperwork is intact and the check is blank so there is nothing that they can do, and it needs to be picked up and resubmitted. On 5/12/14 I have resend the missing paperwork to washingtonexpressvisas using USPS (2 day service) so they can resubmit my documents.

Issue #2:

After receiving my information on my new passport via email I hame filled everything out and mailed it on 5/21/14 (2 day) all the necessary paperwork to file for my Visa with washingtonexpressvisas also using their (expedited service) which I've paid extra for as well. I also called before sending everything to make sure I don't run into any issues because I didn't have any room to play with and I have a flight on 6.19.14 out of NY to Russia and since I don't live in NY I will have to fly there and I will be leaving on 6.16.14, we have gone over all the paperwork and I've told them that I will be filling for a 3 year visa and it is very important that I will get that and they insured me that all my paperwork is correct and I will have my visa at no time so no need for concern. After they have received it they submitted all my paperwork to their visa analyst and told me that I will need a slight correction and a visa voucher which I have to get from my hotel in Russia at that point I didn't understand why I wasn't notified of that before hand when I called in several times. To get the voucher it took about a week. After sending the final paperwork via email they submitted my folder and notified me that there is no way I can get a 3 year visa since and I have to go with the visa that will cover my stay for 10 days. Since I had no other choice I've told them that I really need 3 year visa but now we can submit for whatever we can get, since I have no time left.

my passport was delivered to me couple hours before my flight out of NY with a 10 day visa which I had to pay for extra again for the next day delivery.

Issue #3:

This is where I really got angry and decided to file this complaint! After my trip was over and I was getting ready to fly out I was told at the airport that I can't leave because my visa is expired on the 30th and I'm flying out of Moscow on the 1st so I had to pay a fine then go to embassy in Russia to resubmit for extension which I had to pay for again and I ended up traveling for about 3 days to get home.

The only reason I used washingtonexpressvisas to not have any issues and to receive all my documentation in time! I have waited over a month to get everything done and on top of it all I had problems because they submitted for a wrong time frame. I was told initially by employees of washingtonexpressvisas that this was a very quick service and that they are there to help you file everything correctly so such problems won't occur and instead this was very long and unpleasant due to all the issues that I encountered over this transaction.

overall I've spend over $1200 in fees and fines due to this processing.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for all the services that I have paid for to have this expedited and my shipping cost back to me.
