While *** *** *** may be correct that Washington Flyer does not japrice in principal, it does not guarantee what employees do;
His finding that the allegation is not about Washington Flyer, but *** *** is wrong, attached is my credit card statement where *** *** charge of $is indicated by arrow*** *** agreed to accept the standard fare, while Washington Flyer demanded $and hence I tool *** ***!
*** ***'s claim about insufficient information is flawed, given exact date and time window, it isn't difficult at all who were serving at the counter of Washington Flyer during that time and date
If it is possible at all and required I can speak to the authority myself, you may provide them my cell number ###-###-####

Revdex.com:The company has reached out to me, extended apologies and assured that they tool necessary disciplinary action. They have also extended the offer for a free ride as their acknowledgement of the incident. I believe the issue was adequately addressed by the management.

Dear **. [redacted]:This is in response to your April 16, letter regarding a complaint received by the Revdex.com from [redacted] with the assigned Identification Number of [redacted].
Based on the information provided, the Metropolitan Washington Airports...

Authority (Airports Authority) has determined that the offending company is not Washington Flyer Cab Co. (as indicated in your letter) but rather [redacted]., DBA [redacted] ([redacted]) which provides shared ride services to and from [redacted] International Airport under a contract with the Airports Authority.We have discussed this matter with [redacted] and requested their investigation and response. [redacted] stated that they do not use surge pricing or inclement weather pricing practices nor does our contract with [redacted] permit them to so. Based on their investigation and the limited information provided, [redacted] believes that their representative was attempting to upsell the customer to round trip service over one-way service. Without specific information identifying the [redacted] agent, we are unable to determine why the customer believes they were denied service.If you have any questions regarding this matter, please contact [redacted], of my staff, on ###-###-####.Sincerely,

Review: Washington Flyer's rate for a reserved Van from [redacted] to zipcode [redacted] is $125. I arrived [redacted] in the late afternoon on February 13th by [redacted] Flight [redacted] (which was delayed by 6 hours after a diversion to [redacted]). I had two little children aged 2 & 4 (the little one had high fever) and my pick-up ride was unable to come to [redacted]. I checked with Washington Flyer, they had exclusive Van and confirmed the price $125 but when I was about to make payment, a supervisor stepped in and demanded $250 for the exclusive Van in place of $125.

I asked why the rate is doubled over the advertised rate, no explanation was given and denied me the van.Desired Settlement: Washington Flyer should investigate whether representatives are taking advantage of bad weather and harassing customers, and contact me with a satisfactory answer.
