I am rejecting this response because: 1. I never agreed to any time frame for coming to your office, however I did send you pictures of the lack of growth.  Me coming to your office does not affect growth.2. You never mentioned to me anything about needing more procedures. This is not a hair line issue as you insinuate. This is the bald spot on the crown of the head and was shown to you in pictures.3. In your office you told me that 1200 grafts were far more than enough for coverage, so I took 1400 just to sure.4.Your time lines for grow were indicated full growth at 12 months, which is now 2 months away. Additionally when I sent you pictures showing the lack of growth, back in March 2015, you asked for an additional 90 days to see if any new growth developed. 5. I have emails where you have indicated a 12 month cycle and the requested coverage based on your assessment.6. I have documented the lack of growth with pictures and I just want my 3500 backI will be happy to provide Revdex.com with pictures and emails of our correspondence, if you prefer.

I had my 10 month follow up appointment today with Washington Medical Hair Clinics. I had over 1600 with the strip procedure performed by Dr Watkins. I am extremely thrilled with my results and knowing that there is even a little more to come in is exciting, The procedure and time line was exact. The Dr and entire staff are professional and go above and beyond. Even at my older age I feel 10 years younger. Thank you Washington Medical hair Clinics and Dr Watkins. ~ Sincerely, Richard

Washington Medical Clinics is a scam. I paid over 3500 dollars for FUE but my hair never grew. They told me that 1200 FUE was more than enough but 9 months later I am still bald where the transplant took place. Now they dont answer the phone anymore and Revdex.com refuses to allow me to file a complaint for non rendering of service.

Review: February of 2013 I received a hair transplant from WMHC. During the consultation I was told that the strip procedure has the best outcome possible and the scar will almost be invisible and overtime hair will grow on it. the counselor said he did the same procedure himself and showed me a scar which is undetectable. he also said the procedure is so simple I would be able to go to back to work next day. As I unfortunately found out everything he said was not true. Over a year now I have a big scar at the back of my head and what was transplanted yielded unnatural sparse growth. Now I feel so bad that I have to wear a hat everywhere. Also after the procedure I couldn't go back to work for almost 2 weeks because my face had swollen like a balloon.

This is by far the worst mistake of my life and I was mislead by their counseling. They could have easily showed me the possible transplantation scars and recommend [redacted] and spare me all of this heartache.Desired Settlement: somehow hide the scar
