I had purchased $2,worth of sports memorabilia from the National's Authentics departmentWhen they called to take payment I asked if when shipped if they would be including signature confirmation since I was concerned with something that expensive and large just being leftThey told me it would include signature confirmationWeeks went by and I had not received anythingAfter multiple calls and emails not being responded to by the seller I finally got a hold of Kelly two weeks agoShe said she was following up with an administrative assistant to see what may have happened and why signature confirmation was not included [redacted] stated the item was left at my front doorI live on busy corner and have had issues in the past with packages coming up missing and I fear that's what happened to this one considering it was probably quite large and easy to spotKelly told me she should would follow up with me on 11/or 11/which I have not heard anything backI called again on

Thanks you for bringing this complaint to our attention. A member of the Washington Nationals' staff contacted the Customer today and resolved the matter by issuing a full refund.

Review: I attended the Nationals-Dodgers game on May 5 when I was in town from Indiana. I am an avid baseball fan and whenever I attend a new ballpark I purchase a scorecard or program from that stadium. During this game, there was a 3 hour rain delay, and unfortunately, in my hurry to get out of the rain, I forgot to buy a scorecard/program. Upon returning to Indiana, I have submitted a request through the Nationals website, left a voicemail message, [redacted] messaged the Nationals and emailed a member of their staff to see if I could still purchase a program/scorecard from that game. No one has been able to help me, and the only time I was responded to was through [redacted], and that person just referred me to someone else. I am frustrated and just want to know if I can still get a program or scorecard. I just want some sort of response. Compared to other baseball teams, the level of service the Nationals are offering to their customers is very poor.Desired Settlement: I would like to know if I can still get a program from that game, and if so, what I need to do to get it.

Review: I purchased a block of tickets for the April 8th, 2014 Nationals game from [redacted] in the Nationals ticket sales office. It was 25 tickets for a group outing consisting of people attending a conference that week with me. The ticket price was $40 each, with a promise of $15 in food credit at the park vendors, per ticket. I paid a total of $1000 for the block via credit card. On arrival at the park, none of the tickets were showing valid (at the vendor machines) for food. Some people eventually had success with the ticket scan late in the game, but it was the 7th inning or later. The majority of the group was unable to obtain the promised food credit. I contacted [redacted] the day after the game and requested a refund of $10/ticket, or $250 total, to my credit card. He refused to apply the refund to my credit card, insisting that the would have to send me a check by mail. After several weeks of follow-on emails promising that the refund would be issued soon, he sent another email on April 29th stating that they would be mailing me a check for $286 after analyzing the total of the unused food credits. To date, no check has arrived, and [redacted] continues to make excuses about delays in the finance department. I spoke to him by phone today, and he refused to connect me to anyone else for assistance in resolving the issue. An operator at the Nationals office - ###-###-#### - took my number this morning and promised to have someone from their Finance office call me back, but no one returned my call. [redacted] direct number is ###-###-####. I have the receipt for the original block of tickets, and copies of emails to support the narrative above.Desired Settlement: I would like them to refund the $286 to the [redacted] card used for the original transaction. Failing that, a check for the $286 in my possession by the end of this week (May 9th). If they have to send it via two-day or next-day air, so be it.
