Review: I was forced by WRA to pay a charge of $59.50, due to a claim by one of their Drs. which was not submitted before the deadline. I attempted to resolve this issue with a WRA representative identified as [redacted]. [redacted] was not very polite, however she did provide a conference call with me and [redacted], who also included MEDICARE on the call. I had previously recieved a statement from [redacted] stating that I was not responsible for this bill due to untimely submitting of the bill. I read to her from the document titled STATEMENT, however she told me in a very rude manner that she couldn't help it if I assumed it was a statement, it was a request for additional information. This was inaccurate because there was nothing in this STATEMENT advising me of what information was needed. I advised her that I had these studies twice previously that year at that facility and never had a problem, all my information was the same. I also advised her that I had called previously in reference to these statements and was informed that they were not bills but information updating me of the status of the claim. She stated a company called [redacted], a third party was requesting information but they would not speak with the patient. There was nothing more I could have done.The one thing I do know is I was not responsible for this bill . [redacted] herself said this had to be resolved between MEDICARE and [redacted], however; to protect my credit, I paid it because she told me I was liable and they kept billing me stating if it wasn,t paid by a certain date it would be sent to a collection agency and this would have a negative impact on my credit rating. After this conference call I was so upset with [redacted], the WRA representative I called her supervisor, [redacted] I left a message and requested a call back but I never heard from her. The date of these calls was March 29, 2013. The [redacted] reps. name was [redacted].Desired Settlement: I would like this issue to be resolved, my money refunded and a letter confirming this with an apology included.

Review: This company has failed to submit their claims to the insurance companies correctly. At the last second they send us a charge for $3000. For services rendered for my wife visits.

They have called and harassed my wife. Several times. We are done. Please investaigate. We believe that their are some deceptive business practices occcurring that might affect other people as well.Desired Settlement: Just adjust the bill to zero. Plus apology. Or we will seek criminal charges with attorneys.
