Review: I contracted with this carpenter contractor to do extensive work at my home. His name is [redacted] The work was done in March of 2012. We paid him in full immediately after, what we thought, was the completed job. Later we saw items that were not done. We discussed theses items with him and he agreed to them and to come by and finish the job. He still has not come by to finish those items.

To date, October 2013 he still has not come by to complete the job. He doesn't return any of my numerous callsDesired Settlement: I request that he pays me to have someone else do the job., as he is not interested in completing the job. The item is estimated at $300 to complete

[redacted]s not correct in what he has said. The work that was not completed was in fact extra work, beyond the original contract. All of the work that was covered by the contract has been completed. Due to Hurricane Sandy, my company became too busy to take on any extra work requested by [redacted]. As a small business owner, I have the right to decide who I want to work for and who I don't.

I fully and completely contest this charge by [redacted] and am considering suiting him for slander. I am appalled that he has filed this complaint.
