We gave this customer very clear directionsWhen we donate gift certificates, we ask (right on the certificate) to email us, to redeem it(see attached) He didn't let us know what he wanted- we make hundreds of handmade itemsHe didn't send photos (we needed photos- which I told him at least
3-times)He wanted to purchase a print that was more expensive than the gift certificate was for, so I billed him separately through PayPalI sent him the info form- with all directions stated very clearlyEVERY listing in our store states the directions very clearly, and since he sent me a screen shot of what he wanted, he had to have seen the directions in this third locationIn the time that I dealt with him, there were emails!!! 46! (and I can forward them all if that's what it takes, to remove this bogus claim) And some within the same day, within hours of each other, with no chance to reply as quickly as he demandedWe have had over 10,sales, we have all star reviewsI believe the fault lies with the customer in this situationHe has his product (within the time frame that is stated in our store), it is beautiful, and we will not be giving him a penny back on his custom designed, handmade productWe DONATED the gift certificate to a charity event, so we made nothing on this orderThe materials and time was more than the $that he spent
