Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here] The response from Veronica is largely inaccurateYes, instructions were given on the original phone call to leave the dumpster "in the driveway"Yes, instructions were given to call min prior to arrivalShe states that the driver called me while onsiteThis is falseThe dispatcher called me while the truck was onsite to inform me that there was a vehicle in the driveway that had to be movedWhile I was moving the vehicle, the driver unloaded the dumpster, put it up against a fence at the end of my driveway (preventing it from being able to be opened) and left before I returned from moving the vehicleI never instructed him where to place the dumpster while onsiteLater that day, my contractor placed a call to have the dumpster "relocated" a few feet forward to that the dumpster could be opened after the driver left it up against a fence on his own with no instructionsThere are several problems that I have with this situation and dealings with Waste Solutions First off, as mentioned, I never called to have the dumpster relocated, my contractor didI never authorized him to callHow can this company take someone's word other than mine to have the dumpster that I paid for, that I signed the contract for, located on my property, moved? If a random stranger walked by and didn't like were the dumpster was located, can they call Waste Solutions and have the dumpster relocated and cost me a $Relocation fee? This dumpster should never have been moved without verifying that I, the paying customer and contract signer, is authorizing the moveMy second problem that I have with this situation is, as mentioned, my conversation with [redacted] from billingWhile trying to explain this situation to her, she accused me of lying and proceeded to insult and verbally abuse me telling me I was [redacted] and ***I remain outraged at this situation and this companies customer serviceThey remain trying to charge me a $relocation fee for a relocation that I never authorized, and have offered no compensation for the foul customer service that I have receivedInstead, I was mocked in an email from Executive Assistant Amanda L [redacted] today stating, "“***” is not a “verbal assault” it has no racist slander, or sexist slander, and the word did not inflict harm on you or your person, [redacted] if I tried to sue everyone who called me [redacted] my own mother would be in jail, so with that being said, I think you’re reaching a little too far on that one." It seems that no one from this company can cease to amaze me with their customer service skills In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

I cannot believe that it is a "goose hunt" to verify that the person calling is, or has any connection to, the contract signer and person paying for the dumpsterSo I supposed anyone walking on the street that sees a dumpster on a property can call and have the dumpster moved anywhere they see fit; absolutely ridiculousIt certainly doesn't mention that anywhere in the contractBottom line, I signed that contract and I never requested it be relocatedAlso, I certainly don't appreciate the implication that I am lying about my contractor calling since it is so suspicious to you how he got the driver's cell numberI NEVER gave him this information, and apart from being called "*** and ***" by ***, she initially also accused me of "being a liar"; once again really stacustomer service skills from Waste Solutions I remain disgusted with this company and their lack of any effort to compensate a customer after the situation that has taken place and the offensive immature customer service skills from numerous employeesI am well aware of what the paperwork says, however, I never requested a relocation, and this is all aside from the fact that the driver left the dumpster up against a fence on his own.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
It does not state in the contract that we as the hauler are responsible for cleaning up excessive overflow/overfilled dumpsters. This is the responsibility of the company renting the dumpster. We are unable to tarp over filled dumpsters and without being tarped the dumpster can not be moved. We have asked WSto email us approval on removing the excess shingles and leaving them on the property so we can pick up the container. We have offered a couple different resolutions to no avail. WS123 contacted our company due to this review threating our company if we do not take down this review they are going to dispute all charges and have also accused us of using their credit card without authorization which we do not do. If you would like a copy of the contract as well as the email accusing our company of being "cheap skates" and that they will be disputing all of our dumpster charges that were authorized at the time of deliveryPlease Advise

I have reviewed the rejection made by ***So I am going to clarify once againThe driver does not have to follow through with the requestWhether the driver or the dispatcher calls the customer it is basically the same thingYou, in fact did receive a phone call from a member of the local company regarding the issue with the vehicle in the way (placement issues)As stated in your response, you were there on site “While I was moving the vehicle, the driver unloaded the dumpster, put it up against a fence at the end of my driveway (preventing it from being able to be opened) and left before I returned from moving the vehicle.” If you were there and saw that it was in the wrong place, why not call the driver while he’s there in the areaNot wait until your contractor calls later on to inform him about the issueAlso, since the driver called you and not your contractor, it brings to question how your contractor got the drivers cell phone numberNot only that but *** signed his invoice on 2/**, days before his delivery date, where it clearly states to give *** a phone call or to email for any and all activity on this container (attached)The relocation fee is not coming from us, the local company we sub-contracted is charging us this as well due to the fact that the driver had to go back to this job site, it disturbed the schedule, he has to be paid for his time, and fuel also has to be paidWe’re not charging him just because we want tooIt is purely reimbursement for what *** paidAgain as stated in his terms and conditions (attached) “Relocating a dumpster can be done on request, it costs $250.00”, *** placed his signature on that as well, legally agreeing to any and all fees associated with this order. The owner of the company has already taken action and responsibility for ***'s behaviorAmanda Lynn is the owner's Executive Assistant, as you know he is on vacation, which was she responded back to your emailIf you google the meaning of “***” it in fact does not have any racist slander, or sexist slander and it does not inflict immediate harm to youThat being said if we get a call from an onsite contact or a customer requesting a relocation or dump and return, we follow through with the requestWe do not go on a goose hunt trying to make sure that the person who called is the person who placed the orderThey call, we ask for the service address, its provided to us and that’s how we move forwardIf you are looking for reimbursement I suggest you take action towards your contractor since he is the one who called in for the relocation

I have attached proof that the customer did receive the weight slip, as well as the slip itself showing the weight. This was sent to us directly from the company we sub-contracted by the name of Carmen B[redacted]. I am not sure what other kind of proof the customer needs in order to settle his...

balance.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

The weight slip does not have any identifying proof that it was my dumpster that was weighed (ie: dumpster serial number) and the weight slip showes a weight date 3 days after my contract with Waste Solutions expired and dumpster removed....

Hello,On 2/** we received a phone call from [redacted] requesting the delivery of the 10 yard dumpster to the address of [redacted]. He requested for it to be delivered on 2/**, he provided us the placement directions of the driveway and requested a call 30 mins before delivery....

The driver said he called [redacted] (the driver does not have to follow the request, he can either follow it or call while onsite) and informed him that there was a truck in the way, [redacted] told him to place it in the driveway and that he would move the truck. He did not specifically say if he wanted it in the back or the middle of the driveway, therefore the driver placed it where he seemed fit. The dispatcher informed me that the driver received a call for someone onsite saying the container was in the wrong spot and it needed to be moved. We are a third-party company and we were not informed about this relocation as [redacted] nor his contractor contacted us about it. It wasn't until the company we sub-contracted contacted us for payment on it. [redacted] called [redacted] yesterday to inform him we were charging the relocation fee, as in his terms and conditions that he signed on 2/** (attached), he was informed about any trip, dry run, or relocation fees. She didn't want him to be surprised about the $250 charge on his card. I listened to the conversation between the 2 of them, [redacted] first claimed the driver never called him, he then said the driver called him while he was onsite to inform him about the truck, then that he never authorized his contractor to call for the relocation. Yes it was wrong of [redacted] to speak to him the way she did which is why the owner of the company has reprimanded her and she now has a week unpaid. [redacted] was also informed by [redacted] to refer back to his documents as just in case the driver or anyone in the office doesn't inform him about the fees, the documents do. The documents are sent once the customer once their credit card is charged by our system, in the email it also tells the customer to review the docs before signing them, we required for them to be signed by the time the customer calls in for removal, giving them more than enough time to review them thoroughly. -Veronica Cortes, Customer Service Supervisor

We have reviewed the last response made by Bmakk and will not take responsibility for the overflow of the dumpster in reference. We, Waste Solutions 123 NEVER received a request for an email stating that if we sent them an email approval regarding removing the excess shingles they would do so. We offered that solution many many times and were rejected each time. There were also no threats being made to dispute charges regarding orders that were fulfilled and met their contract requirements, the charges that were disputed were due to their fraudulent 3% processing fee, which was charged to our credit card as a second charge after they “remembered it” after the original amount had already been charged for some time. This company is trying to put the fault on us for a situation we sought to resolve for some time now, they are unorganized and unprofessional, after being cursed at and hung up on by heads of their company we see no way to resolve this. We have relationships and contracts all over the country for roofing jobs and have never had an issues such as this, again after 19 dumpsters were overfilled and removed they choose the last order to make a case of. Now that they have lost us one of our biggest clients due to their inexperienced drivers and faulty equipment, the only way we can end this is to have the excess shingles dumped onto the property, the dumpster be removed, and the relationship between Waste Solutions 123 and Bmakk to come to an end. Again we have requested this time and time again and were never told we could simply send an email, otherwise we would have done so. This company needs to get it together.Attached are pictures of the dumpster they claim is overloaded, all 19 dumpster were filled the same exact way. They had no problem placing the tarp over them, dumping them and charging our card for the tonnages. Attached are a couple of the service awards we send to all of our haulers. [redacted] & [redacted] signed and submitted them back to us, you can see there is nothing on there about a 3% processing fee (1 is from when the project was first started and the 2nd one was the most recent order we had). I also attached a screenshot from the video the onsite took of the damage their driver caused.

The response from Veronica is largely inaccurate. Yes, instructions were given on the original phone call to leave the dumpster "in the driveway". Yes, instructions were given to call 30 min prior to arrival. She states that the driver called me while onsite. This is false. The dispatcher called me while the truck was onsite to inform me that there was a vehicle in the driveway that had to be moved. While I was moving the vehicle, the driver unloaded the dumpster, put it up against a fence at the end of my driveway (preventing it from being able to be opened) and left before I returned from moving the vehicle. I never instructed him where to place the dumpster while onsite. Later that day, my contractor placed a call to have the dumpster "relocated" a few feet forward to that the dumpster could be opened after the driver left it up against a fence on his own with no instructions. There are several problems that I have with this situation and dealings with Waste Solutions 123. First off, as mentioned, I never called to have the dumpster relocated, my contractor did. I never authorized him to call. How can this company take someone's word other than mine to have the dumpster that I paid for, that I signed the contract for, located on my property, moved? If a random stranger walked by and didn't like were the dumpster was located, can they call Waste Solutions and have the dumpster relocated and cost me a $250 Relocation fee? This dumpster should never have been moved without verifying that I, the paying customer and contract signer, is authorizing the move. My second problem that I have with this situation is, as mentioned, my conversation with [redacted] from billing. While trying to explain this situation to her, she accused me of lying and proceeded to insult and verbally abuse me telling me I was [redacted] and [redacted]. I remain outraged at this situation and this companies customer service. They remain trying to charge me a $250 relocation fee for a relocation that I never authorized, and have offered no compensation for the foul customer service that I have received. Instead, I was mocked in an email from Executive Assistant Amanda L[redacted] today stating, "“[redacted]” is not a “verbal assault” it has no racist slander, or sexist slander, and the word did not inflict harm on you or your person, [redacted] if I tried to sue everyone who called me [redacted] my own mother would be in jail, so with that being said, I think you’re reaching a little too far on that one." It seems that no one from this company can cease to amaze me with their customer service skills.

The issue you are having is with your local waste facility, please call and write reviews about them if there is a weight issue. You are accusing the wrong people if your claim is about the weight in your container, we don’t weigh it they do. They can provide you with whatever answers you are looking for, all we do is request the weight ticket from your container and send you what they send us.Attached are the customers signed invoice and terms and conditions as well as an email from the company we sub-contracted by the name of Carmen B[redacted].

Delivery times are not guaranteed, the word time does include the date of delivery. This is the trucking industry and there are many variables that may delay and change the schedule as planned. You were unable to contact a representative Saturday because our hours are Monday through Friday 9 AM to 5...

PM eastern standard time. You were not issues a full refund because we were told by [redacted] that the payment had been disputed with your card company. Due to the dispute we can not issue a refund, because once the dispute clears you would then be refunded double. Until the dispute goes through we will not refund the full amount, if you wish to cancel the dispute and show proof of the cancelled dispute then we will refund you in the full amount.

Waste Solutions 123 is a third party company, we subcontract local haulers to provide roll off containers for customers in their area, in exchange the local hauler gets business that it otherwise would have missed and is paid their desired fee. Regarding the overweight dumpsters, we have had 19...

orders with this company, each has been overweight. Within those 19 orders they never had an issue collecting the dumpster, covering it, disposing of it, or charging our credit card to pay for the fees.Regarding this order we have been doing our part in making an effort to collect and remove the container from the property. The customer is no longer onsite, the job was finished and they have moved on to their next project. Therefore the only immediate resolution we saw fit was for the company to remove the dumpster off the property as it is now an inconvenience to the people there, as they have done with every other dumpster we have had there. We are not able to send out a representative to help “cleanup the excess shingles” as that is not our responsibility / stated in our contract with both the customer and hauler. We are in the process of ending this project with this company as soon as we come to a resolution.
