The price is affordable and I love that they place my trash bins neatly on my driveway so that I can easily grab them without having to go close to the roadNot to mention that the guys turn my trash can so that handle is facing my home and I can just pull itMy last trash company was not only more expensive, but they just tossed my cans in the yardBottom line: I absolutely recommend them, and I have several times!

After cleaning out my garage in June 2016, I placed three lawn and leaf black trash bags filled to medium weight along with three empty large boxes from a flat screen tv, air hockey table and shelving unit, as well as an office chair and one kitchen trash size bag of garbage, four 2'X1' pieces of wood and a drywall scrap the size of a fireplace opening. They took the boxes, chair and kitchen trash bag and left the rest. I called to inquire why, 5 minutes after pick-up and after telling the representative to drop her attitude, she said she would return my call which she did. They returned to pick-up the remainder of trash originally left behind but failed again. They picked up the 3 lawn and leaf trash bags and left the wood and drywall. I pay 55.00 monthly and leave at most 2 tall kitchen bags of trash weekly all year long. I should never accept attitude or poor quality work at any price from a business that requires my trash to stay in business and neither should you. Not satisfied and disgusted! Remember who keeps you in business and who your speaking to cuz I have options and a voice!

Review: On the morning of December 26th, Waste Tech was picking up my trash. When the truck pulled up to get my trash, I ran a last bag out before the truck left. When I got to the end of my driveway, the Waste Tech employee was dumping my trash into the truck...broke the handle on my trash can...threw the handle down on the ground in front of my feet and proceeded to yell at me for over-filling my can. I called Waste Tech and did discuss the incident with them and requested that they replace my trash can. Waste Tech said that they would check with the operations manager and I have not heard anything back from them. This is not the first time I have called and got no satisfaction for our trash cans being abused by Waste Tech either by being thrown after the trash had been dumped into the truck or, to top it off, this incident. I don't appreciate being yelled at by a Waste Tech employee for something that could have been resolved quickly.Desired Settlement: I would like my personal trash can replaced with an equivalent product.

Hi [redacted] sorry took a few extra days to respond...due to having a worker off vacation, the holiday .....us being a day behind ect....holidays are always very hectic in the trash business when we are a day behind, and of course the bad weather that the guys had to deal with driving and picking up the trash...we had a driver off on vacation last week which our operations manager was running his route. [redacted] the operations manager spoke to [redacted] on Monday 12/31/12 apologized explained the situation of last week.... per [redacted] the operations manager [redacted] is fine now....we gave him one of our containers to use ... and is online talking to rubbermaid about seeing if they will send him a new can .... the handle broke on the driver when he was emptying the trash. I hope this answers everything.....per [redacted], [redacted] seemed to be satisfied....

Price is cheap than others on the internet but they get you after with the over weight . I was charge $ 145.00 more for " over weight" be carefull with this company .
