I am rejecting this response because: the business failed to provide you an important document they sent to me pertaining to the payment request of $247.22, which never specified that I would need to bring policy current of $180.00 or that the policy was within the grace period of 61 days of cancellation for failure to make monthly payments. Since I just become aware, I am in need of more time and some arrangements for a minimum payment of one monthly installment. Thanks
