Review: On July 8, 2013, I droped off my Wittnauer Metropolitan watch to Watch Tune Up in [redacted] so they could polish the stainless steal band for $85.00. The date promised is July 10, 2013. I arrived at Watch Tune Up on July 20 to pick up the watch and was told to come back on Monday, July 22, 2013. I called on Monday and was told that the watch would be ready on Tuesday. I called to confirm that my watch was ready on Tuesday and was told it will be ready on Thursday or Friday.
I have reason to believe that Watch Tune Up has lost or misplaced my watch. They will not return my watch to me and they continue to extended the promised date/
ledDesired Settlement: I want my watch back polished or not. The Wittnauer Metropolitan watch is valued at $650.00.
