Scam artist
Stay away from this company, I bought a watch through this company, and what a mistake that was. I had the watch for less than a week, somehow the watch took on water, not for sure how, but I called the next day, they replied, no problem, just sent the watch back, would repair, and sent it right back, well after 2 weeks of waiting, I finally decided to call back. This is the insane part, the supervisor claimed the watch had the original parts switched, and now it's not an authentic watch! What a scam, I bought the watch from these crooks, if that's the case, they sold me a fake watch, now the won't repair the watch, or give my money back, worst part is, they won't even send me the watch back, I'm assuming they will just sell this fake watch to the next sucker, but this is not over by a long shot.

Stay Clear. They will not honor their warranty.
The rather expensive watch was showing condensation inside the crystal. I had a difficult time to even get them to say what their warranty was. Later, I actually had this concern about the condensation and asked via their website for them to check the watch out but they completely ignored me. You can buy a fancy watch from a not-officially-authorized seller who will offer their own, similar warranty but avoid Watchsavings Company.

Be careful never buy anything from wathchsavings.This company is real scammers. I ordered a watch in June 2019. I tried several times to write to them and track the order, the mail did not work. After a call to the company, they said that they had sent the order to the UK instead of Ukraine, accused me that I had placed the order incorrectly. They were rude to my friend, replied that they did not have a license in the USA, only cooperation. I applied to PayPal and only they were able to return the money after 3 months

Watch broke after wearing it a few times. They would not respond to MANY emails. Opened BBB claim. They responded with lies saying there were only 3 emails of communication. Well that was more like how many they RESPONDED to, but that I’ve had to send. They strung me along saying they were going to check with their repair team, but on the BBB response from the company they stated they told me it wasn’t covered under warranty and I didn’t want to hear that. I have the email PROOFS! Amazon offered a partial refund but I didn’t accept it because they said they were going to look for a screw! And NEVER responded again after that!

Contacted them 3 times registration confirmed. my Seiko hasn’t been used since I got it. Will not run overnight have all the numbers. But no answer from their service dept. for over a month. purchased from Walmart but shipped from these people.

[The retailer contacted me and asked that the watch be sent to their [redacted] address. The watch was mailed to Watchsavings.com on ** March, 2015. Had the worst customer service experience from Mark Gelberman. I called customer service because I didn't received a shipping confirmation after 5 days, when I called them they told me that should be a problem from Amazon (I bought it from the Amazon Watchsavings web page) because they had my order as "Cancelled". After being back and forth with calls with amazon and Watchsavings, these were basically the words from Mark Gelberman: "Sorry Sir but your order was cancelled and there's nothing I can do, have a wonderful day", before hanging up the phone.

I had never had an experience like this one before and I wouldn't recommend anyone buying from this company, specially when you are expecting you order before Christmas.

Re: watch savings brooklyn nyc. I see from the above reviews I'm not to only person who's been scammed by Watch Savings. They sent me the wrong watch then blamed me, insulted me and lied to me until the return time limit ran out then refused a refund stating the return limit of 30 days had been reached. Never heard from them again. Won't answer calls or emails. Please DO NOT do business with this firm. Not sure if they even sell authentic items.

Review: On ** Jan 2014, I purchased a Seiko watch from WatchSavings.com, as a seller through [redacted]e). The watch is powered by solar energy. At the beginning of Feb 2015, the watch suddenly stopped working. I called WatchSavings to utilize the 3-year warranty, which they advertised on [redacted], at the time of my purchase. The representative who answered my call told me that the company did not handle any warranty claims and that I needed to contact [redacted]. I called [redacted] and the [redacted] who handled my complaint assured me that all warranty claims were handled by WatchSavings. She sent a request to WatchSavings asking them to honor their advertised warranty. On ** Feb 2015, I received a computer generated message, from WatchSavings, assuring me that one of their representatives would contact me shortly. No one has contacted me, as of yet. A quote of the exact message follows:

Dear Sir/ Madam,

We appreciate your business and while we are sorry to hear that it did not work out, we respect your request for a return. On behalf of WatchSavings, we apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced.

Please be advised that your request for an RMA has been given to the RMA department for review. Our return policy is 15 days. In order to receive a full refund, the model must be unworn with the original tags still intact; otherwise, we will only be able to accept it for service repairs.

They will be in touch with you shortly via email in regards to the returns process.

Review: I have outlined below the sequence of events below for information:

1. I purchased Frederique Constant Men's FC330V6B6 Index Brown Strap Moon Phase Watch from Watchsavings.com (via [redacted]) for an amount of $1,243.82 (Order #[redacted] on June **, 2013)

2. On receipt of the product, I found out that it was faulty. As I was travelling extensively, I was unable to return the watch in time for a full refund.

3. On July **, 2013 I made a formal complain on the [redacted] website describing the fault and a request for help.

4. I finally heard from watchsavings.com on [redacted] July, 2013 with a request to check on the state of the fault locally, which I did. On [redacted] of August, 2011 I replied back stating that the local Frederique Constant outlet in Singapore confirmed that they were not in position to repair it locally and that the same had to be sent to Switzerland for repair.

5. I then proposed that I bring the watch to New Jersey during a trip in October and then mail it to Watchsavings.com for repair. To this mail I received an acknowledgement that this proposal was ok with Watchsavings.com on the [redacted] of September 2013.

6. I finally mailed the watch along with the RMA form filled to Watchsavings.com address on Friday [redacted] October 2013 by FedEx. The tracking number is [redacted]. I sent in a confirmation mail on the [redacted] October 2013, and I received an acknowledgement from Watchsavings.com on the [redacted].

7. I received an acknowledgement of receipt from Watchsavings.com on October [redacted] with an update that the repair can take upto eight weeks (viz. ~ 2 months)

8. I was patient till the two months passed and then had to repeatedly follow up with Watchsavings.com on the status.

9. I must go on record to state that Watchsavings.com customer service was of a poor quality, with me getting feedback only after repeated mails.

10. On Dec **, 2013 Watchsavings.com told me that Watchsavings.com needed another 3 weeks for a part.

11. I was still patient and waited. There were many mails that I sent in between with hardly any response from Watchsavings.com.

12. On March **, 2014 (viz. almost after 21 weeks or 145 days from my sending Watchsavings.com the watch) I was told that I would be finally getting back my repaired watch soon.

13. On April *, 2014 I returned from my business trip to find a package from Watchsavings.com waiting. I was very excited that I could finally wear the watch I spend ~$1,300 for and had to wait for over 6 months.

14. To my disappointment I found out that the watch was still faulty and the seconds hand (needle) was all loose and was not moving.

I immediately dropped an email expressing my dissatisfaction. I got a reply from Watchsavings.com on April *, 2014 that Watchsavings.com will check with a [redacted] and revert at the earliest. It has been 22 days since, and I have not heard from Watchsavings.com. This is not acceptable.Desired Settlement: I seek either a replacement or full refund. It has been almost a 11 months since I purchased an expensive watch and I have hardly had the opportunity to enjoy its worth. What has been most disappointing is the service level from watchsavings.com. Nobody seems to be interested even in replying to my emails and keeping me updated.

Review: I placed an order on [redacted] {Order [redacted]} from Watchsavings. and after extensive requests for a refund since I didnt receive the parcel, Watchsavings has not refunded me my money. I kept being notified the refund was processed as fper below correspondence. Even after indicating that the refund is not reflecting in my account, Watchsavings could not send me proof of refund as per my request. To me this is actually theft and has resulted in an extremely untrusting client in towards their company.
