Water Clinix Of America, Inc. Reviews (2)

Hi [redacted] Thank you for your note.  It is our position that the complaint is not from a customer.  We were first contacted by the Buyers of said property on 8/25/2015.  After going offer & acceptance on the property, Buyer contacted us on 8/31/2015 to say that they needed to...

schedule an inspection of the water treatment devices represented on the MLS listing.  Seller called our office on 9/3/2015 to coordinate that test. Buyer was at the property as they had contacted us to perform an inspection and test subject to the Seller granting access.   Our written pdf quotation was made to and in the Buyer's name.  The Seller was not and is not a customer of Water Doctors or Water Clinix of America, Inc.  Due to the fact that functional water treatment devices were represented in the listing and were not working, the Buyer requested that the Seller pay for the equipment and identified us as the required vendor.  As part of the real estate amendment, the Seller did make payment on the system.  However, our quote, warranty registrations and everything else related to this installation are in the name of the Buyer.  On Sunday, 9/13/2015, we did indeed receive a call from the Seller.  The insistence was that the price be lowered or we'd be sued and/or "reported." It is factually correct that we did not lower our price on the basis of either threat.  We quoted the price to the Buyer.  The balance of the real estate negotiation was no different than a Seller being frustrated that the Buyer's inspector highlighted broken or misrepresented claims on a furnace or roof.  Please let me know if you need anything else.

Review: This issue is regarding [redacted], WI property

House is vacant and is under contract for sale. House has well water and water currently smells. Buyer did express concern about water smell but they never ask my promission to do further testing on the water. Because of that I called H2o doctors company to come and do testing. They did send guy over and his name was Paul. So he took water sample but I never got email regarding this results.

Without my knowledge and promission this test results were shared with buyer first because buyer either knew sales person [redacted] or work with him before. ([redacted] is also employee of H2o company) So he provide buyer with test results & invoice to fix issue. As result of that I got invoice from buyer in amt of $2700 or they are walking away 7 days prior to closing. When I called that same sales person [redacted] he told me that he assumed that we had agreement and when I ask him to lower price because part of that was his misstake he refused.

This company should have private policy and in this case was violated. HE cannot just assume and not pay for his mistake
