Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: [redacted] I have never yelled or raised my voice [redacted] [redacted] However, I cannot expect anything else from business owner who does not care about its loyal customersI do not wish to continue this complaint any longerIt is not worth my time Sincerely, [redacted]

[redacted] [redacted] [redacted] ***The first time he came in, I was sitting at my desk [redacted] *** My driver was walking to the store front from the back and noticed a man walking to the front door with an armful of bottles She ran to the front door, opened it for him, and helped him in After payment I heard her ask, can I help you carry out the bottles At that point, he started yelling and demanding that he talk to a manager So I stood up and said, "how can I help you?" He continued to yell and said that we had poor service and he didn't want to use our services no more I continued to ask what he was so angry about, but he never gave me an answer.So, he came into the store a second time, again yelling, and telling me that he did not want to do business with us At that point, again, I asked him what he was so angry at, and again he never told me the REAL problem??? He demanded money for the bottles, and I told him that it was store policy that we do not give cash refunds for the bottles, and pointed at the policy framed on the wall We had incorporated the policy for years We were the last store to do so in GP So at this point, he got really angry, [redacted] and stormed out of the door[redacted] [redacted] [redacted] Two confrontations, and I still don't understand why he was so upset!!!I hope this helps
