Employee "***" took it upon himself to remove and tamper with our bee hive while the crew watched
Lexington Tree service came out to trim a tree in our front yardOne employee, "***" decided to take it upon himself to try and remove the top lid of our ACTIVE bee hive disturbing, killing, and damaging beeswax while the crew watched and laughedI have two videos of the employee making attempts to remove the lid, causing the bees to become angry, and tapping on the hive for reasons unknown other than to just mess with them? *** can be heard saying that "He want's to see inside there"I contacted the company but the customer service person was seemed unconcerned with my call and offered no help or resolution to the actions of their employee

On 8/26/I received a quote and made an appointment to have two trees trimmed back and the power lines cleared The appointment I was given at that time was for today, 9/16/at 9am When no one arrived, I called to check on them and they said I was not on the schedule I asked why, since I was given this date and time over the phone, and the receptionist huffed and put me on hold for several minutes She returned and very rudely told me that I was not on the schedule and that people have been waiting longer than meI asked her again, why then was I told this was my appointment and she had no ideaShe didn't have the schedule, someone else did I asked to speak with that someone and they apparently weren't there I asked to speak with a manager and they weren't there eitherWhen I asked when the manager would be in, I was told 4:30pm I highly doubt a manager would only show up at 4:on a Friday afternoon

I first contacted the Lexington Tree Service to request an estimateMr***, the owner called me from my property on 4-14-and told me that his estimate to remove the tree was three hundred and fifty dollars
Next,' contacted Tree Pro to request an estimate .The owner called me from my property and gave me an estimateI also asked him to assess the stability of the treeWhat he said to me was this- "We have had some strong wind in the last couple of weeks and since the tree has been able to withstand those winds, I would say that it is stable."
The third company that I called was *** *** *** Inc*** *** the owner came to evaluate the tree last summerAt that time, he said it was stable and he advised me to keep an eye on itIn my recent conversation with Ms*** sh

Lexington Tree Service came out and said my Elm Tree had possible Dutch Elm disease and they could treat itThey also said they could treat my Ash trees for year using % effective chemical treatmentI asked the agent that I be there to witness the treatmentAfter I signed a contract, I spoke with the University of Kentucky extension office and they told me there is no effective treatment for Dutch Elm Disease and the chemical they are using is only 70% effective at best in killing the adult Emerald Ash Borer as well as their larvaI phoned the next morning and canceled the serviceOver a week later, Lexington tree service left a card on my front door saying they came byI phoned and told them I canceled their serviceHe said he would check his phone log book to see if I canceled the serviceOne Ash tree was never treatedHalf of the treatmen
