I recently spoke with you regarding a complaint against the Lexington Tree ServiceAs I told you,they came on my property without my consent and removed a large blue spruce tree I first contacted the Lexington Tree Service to request an estimateMr [redacted] , the owner called me from my property on 4-14-and told me that his estimate to remove the tree was three hundred and fifty dollars Next,' contacted Tree Pro to request an estimate .The owner called me from my property and gave me an estimateI also asked him to assess the stability of the treeWhat he said to me was this- "We have had some strong wind in the last couple of weeks and since the tree has been able to withstand those winds, I would say that it is stable." The third company that I called was [redacted] Inc [redacted] the owner came to evaluate the tree last summerAt that time, he said it was stable and he advised me to keep an eye on itIn my recent conversation with Ms [redacted] sh
The business failed to bill me or contact me concerning this bill, which was done back in May I am just now receiving a past due notice from them Also they didn't do a very good jobSome dead trees were left standing in my yardAfter calling and reporting this matter, I was told that the trees were probably left for shade
