Pursuant to Revised Statutes Chapter 247, Public Water Supply District Nobeing located in Jefferson County, Missouri is a governmental agency of the State of Missouri.It is the understanding of the Water District management that the Revdex.com does not represent consumer complaints made against
government agencies. Nevertheless, it is the intent of the Water District to act in good faith to resolve the matter of which was reported to you under the Complaint ID number shown above.The complainant was provided the same information which is self-explanatory.Every effort to explain the matter to the complainant has been made by the Water District Management and Board of Directors, though not to the complainant's satisfaction.The complainant's stated Desired Settlement is a request for a policy which does not exist, to the contrary; with the Board of Directors lays the responsibility to make general rules and regulations in relation to the management of the affairs of the district, pursuant to the above referenced Statute

I am rejecting this response because:Just because you are a government entity doesn't give you the "right" to do whatever you wantI called well before 3pm and was still charged an after-hours charge(I still have it on my call log)Some of the best advertising is done by
word-of-mouth and I fully intend on expressing my findings with the Attorney GeneralIf I'm not the only customer that you have done this to, you are knowingly raping people of our hard earned money, because your company doesn't want to actually earn it the honest wayI'll be the first to pay for a charge that I'm guilty of, but what you are doing is wrong, in ALL possible definitions! I also believe in Karma, so you better hope that you're not going to receive what you have been doing to others tenfold...! PS, I'll be paying my bills on time from now on, because it will be a cold day in *** before I give you another cent other than what is owed
