Review: Complaint ID 9551888 already filed.I need this ProAqua fixed or refund my money I paid for it.Desired Settlement: I would like my money refunded since no one will replace the rug vacuum head.

Review: I purchased a ProAqua machine on Jan. 31, 2013 and within the first three days I called them because the power head would not work. I was told that they would come back and check it out. No one ever showed up. I called again and was told they were off for the next week going to the coast. No one showed. A few weeks later I called once again and was told they would be working in my area in a week or two. I told them I wanted my money back. No results. All I am getting is a big run around. If I had known about their worthless 5 year guarantee, I would have canceled the transaction within the first three days.Desired Settlement: I want $2595....$1500 cash I paid plus $1495 for the value of the trade-in Filter Magic.
