Dear Valued Customer, We understand your concern and do want to see this issue resolved as quickly as possibleDue to purchasing constraints, we did recently switch from selling the Waterproofed [redacted] s without sponsored offers, to selling them with sponsored offersWhen this switch occurred, we lowered the price by $(from $to $230.00), and than adjusted our listing to show in large print directly below the price that the devices come "with sponsored offers." This is why we have offered a $10.00 refund to provide the product to you at the price it used to be sold since it is $20.00 to remove the sponsored offers yourself.
