Waterford Jewelers

Bought a ring form this store which was very much marked up (though we didn't know it at the time). Was told the stone was real, etc. Turns out sub-par unreal stone. When we went to exchange ring two months later, owner said our purchase was now worth only $56 when we paid close to $1000! A value even less that that offered at pawn shops in the area. And the appraisal would cost more than the new value per owner. He originally had made it seem like coming back to exchange would not be a problem as far as cost, etc. We are very much disappointed in this company, and feel very much exploited!
