I would like to tell you about the waterline spas ,, they have a completely terrible service for there equipment ,,, they are so friendly when you want to purchase and buy from them ,,,, after that even if you have 5 yr parts and labor guarantee , they either lie to you on the phone or don't show up and never call you ,,,, after many times trying to get the service completed that there own service tech said needed to be done it never was ,,,, after many calls to get it scheduled I get a letter never to call them again ,,, so my review is a total F never buy from them

The technician was extremely knowledgeable about spas/hot tubs and the electrical security of a waterline system. He impressed me with the fact that they are a caring family run business and I saw he was proud to be a working part of the venture. He shared his wide variety of experience over the years and insured his workmanship.
