Waters Construction

Review: A person by the name of Shane *. P[redacted] representing Waters Construction put in a bid to fix a part of my roof that was leaking. I accepted the bid. He proceeded to do the work. Immediately after the first rain the roof began to leak again. I contacted Mr. P[redacted] to notify him, he said he would return to fix the issues. He failed to return after multiple requests. I contacted Mr. W[redacted] at Waters Construction, at his address. Mr. W[redacted] stated that Mr. P[redacted] was not representing his company. Mr. P[redacted] had been driving the Waters Construction truck when he did the work. I then had three roofing experts take a look at the roof. They all said that he had not used ice paper, had not installed a drip edge, and had placed the valley in the wrong place.Desired Settlement: Since Mr. P[redacted] will not return to fix the job, I would like the total payment of $1000. refunded, by him. Mr. W[redacted] insists he was not involved, he says Mr. P[redacted] only used his truck.
