To whom it may concern: [redacted] is not affiliated with our company but does perform sublet workThe guarantee is from [redacted] and they do not guarantee the replacement of the windshield they guarantee that if the windshield cracks in the same location of the repaired area they will repair again or refund cost of original repair.We are bound by their decision in this case I will be more than happy to refund the original repair cost we paid [redacted] Thank You Sknight

Purchased a car on 08/27/Drove on the 08/29/to MontrealLight "check engine" went onOn the next day going back to Connecticut, at custom in Montreal car started to smoke, soot of burn oil on rear panel sides of the carOn Monday, still under warranty, dealer denied it was oil and make different excuses until warranty was offThen dealer told me : "you are on you own and do not call or come back to this place" Went to BMW to know the exact issue, valves to be replacedThe cost is over $19,more than $7,of the price of the purchase!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. Check engine light went on less than 24 hours later. Brought it back again, took 12 days to get it back. They don't call you back, they provide zero help, never apologize, make excuses and basically have no use for the customer after the sale is final. Awful place to do business with.

Review: I purchased a used vehicle in March 2015. The vehicle was supposedly safety inspected and had no problems. The check engine light came on so I took it to the mechanic. I was told it had a faulty catalytic converter. The vehicle also needs a muffler and new tires. The biggest problem though is that the subframe is rotted out and the engine can fall out of the vehicle at anytime.

This vehicle was sold to me knowingly with that major issue of subframe rotting & faulty converter. It was never emissions compliant. The engine can and will most likely fall out of the car while driving. I have 3 children one being an infant that ride in this car. This problem is a known problem with this model of vehicle. They sold me this vehicle without doing a safety inspection. It inot in safe driving condition when I bought it.Desired Settlement: I would like the known issues fixed as the catalytic converter and subframe. The muffler and tires will be my responsibility. If they will not fix it I would like my vehicle replaced with something comparable and at the same or slightly higher payment. I will contact an attorney if this is not done.

Review: Had a verbal agreement about a vehicle I was interested in. No contract was signed. I gave them a $500 deposit to hold the vehicle over night. The next day I changed my mind, and they refused to refund my deposit. I notified the DMV who informed me that it was against the law for them to keep the deposit if the vehicle was not yet registered. They refused to refund the deposit, so now I will hire an attorney in Stamford and bring them to Stamford court and make them take a full day off from work to be told that they must refund my deposit.Desired Settlement: full refund of $500 deposit given. no contracts were signed.
