I am rejecting this response because: Mr*** speaks with forked tongue I was not happy when the tech left on his first visit He left gaping holes in my yard I am years old and on oxygen I do not know who the tech, ***, thinks is going to fill those holes The person who pumped out (I believe it was gals) only charged $ Aerobics added $to that bill When I first placed call to Aerobics, they said they had a history with this address On that statement, I said okay When the tech came out, he did not know where the septic tank was He had to make some phone calls (on my dime) to find out where it was.When I spoke with Mr*** and explained that I was unable to fill the holes in he jumped on that like gravy on rice He immediately implied that I was trying to get landscape work done I never asked for that He then said he left it contractor ready I told him, I am not a contractor I am a home owner and unable to fill in the holes In the meantime, I was in the hospital for a little over a week and unable to get on it until I got home The other issue is originally *** said it was going to cost about $ I didn't like it but what else could I do about it Then when it comes time to pay the bill, it jumps to $ Then Mr*** has the nerve to say he undercharged me Please He is not an honorable man He refused to do the right thing I have told my neighbors about him and will continue to do so No, I am not happy with him or Aerobics Services of STexas As far as not charging me for the follow up: there is a month warranty on the work that was done Trust me, he did not do me any favors

To whom it may concern,We were hired to fix an issue of Mrs. [redacted] septic system. When we arrived on site we found her sewage pump had burned up and the tank was overflowing. We had the pump truck go out and empty the tank (2000 gallons of sewage). We normally charge $600 for that amount my guys...
charged $575 ($25 discount). After the tank was pumped we replaced the sewage pump. We had 4 hours into the job there again my guys only charged for 3 hours. Yes we had to dig up the tank to expose the access ports to do the work. We covered the holes we dug with the material we dug out. The day we left the site she was very happy with the work we did. A month goes bye she called in a complaint about her yard. One of my techs went out to investigate. He took a picture of her complaint about the yard. We did not charge for this visit. (Picture is attached) I spoke with Mrs. [redacted] and explained that is how we covered up the system and that is all we charged her for.The day I received this letter from the Revdex.com she called in with an alarm on her system. We sent a tech out to see what the problem was. Found out it had nothing to do with our quality of work. She has built a building over one of her drain fields causing the field to malfunction.
