On March 10, 2016, I placed an order with Watford Outlet for the purchase of certain products off the internetI received an email that my order was received and that my order had to be paid within one day or my order will be cancelled I made the payment of $$.cents via my credit card and received noticed that my invoice was paid to Watford from an invoicing/messaging company on March 10, I have tried contacting Watford Outlet via email and by phone to get a status on my delivery and was unable to do so through their site My emails have gone unanswered and the phone number given seems to go right into a fax machine The one address provided on the internet by my credit card company was at a strip mall shopping center and the other address is a residential propertySince I am unable to get in contact with this company and they have not replied to my emails and from what I have gathered from the addresses and phone numbers provided, I believe Watford Outlet may be duping people into believing they are a legitimate company over the internet and taking money from buyers for merchandise that is not going to be delivered

days after the order, days after the card is charged and numeroous emails to the company, with ABSOLUTELY no repsonseI am contacting card services today for a full refund

On March 10, 2016, I placed an order with Watford Outlet for the purchase of seven (7) items off their internet site.
I received an email that my order was received and that my order had to be paid within one day or my order will be cancelled; that should have set an alarm off in my head. In all, I made the payment of $$.¢¢ via my credit card and received noticed from an invoicing/messaging company that my invoice was paid to Watford Outlet on March 10, 2016.
I have tried contacting Watford Outlet via email and by phone to get a status on my delivery and was unable to do so through their site. My emails have gone unanswered and the phone number goes right to a fax machine. I was able to get two addresses for this company and the one street address provided by my credit card company was at a strip mall shopping center and the second address I obtained from the invoice is a residential property.
Since I am unable to get in contact with this company and they have not replied to my emails and from what I have gathered from the addresses and phone numbers, I believe Watford Outlet is a bogus company, duping people into believing they are legitimate over the internet when in fact, they are taking your money and running from buyers for merchandise they have no intentions of delivering.

I ordered from this company back in August. I was first told that my order was on back order, now, my e-mail won't go through and I'm unable to get the status of my order. I guess I got ripped off?

Review: I paid for quantity 2 and received quantity 1. Two emails to Watford Outlet went ignored. Fortunately the amount of my loss was limited to $9.99

Review: On 8/1/14, I returned 1of 2 items purchased from this company. The tracking shows the item was delivered to them on 8/4/14. They have not yet credited my [redacted] account nor have they responded to my numerous inquiries on this (e-mails on 8/15/14 and 8/24/14; letter on 8/30/14 that was delivered to company on 9/3/14).Desired Settlement: Credit my [redacted] account immediately.

Place an order in August..never received goods...cancelled and told I would receive refund within two weeks.

Review: I place an order the end of feb or march. I ordered 3 bras from them and paid for them. I made a mistake on the size and after emailing them to return about exchanging the size no one responded so I sent them back in the package I recieved them in. on 2 weeks later did I get an email asking if I returned them. I said yes under the same track# and package. I sent another email on 3-20-13 , 4-20-13, 4-29-13 again and today. I was originally told 3-4 weeks to exhange them. as of today I still dont have them or my money. they dont call and I cant find a phone number to call them the original order number was Order #: [redacted]Desired Settlement: I want either my money refunded for the 3 bras or to have the replacment bras by the end of the month.

Review: On 12/15/2014, I ordered 3 pairs of long underwear from Watford Outline after seeing their online ad. My order total came to $55.10 which I paid with my credit card- I received a confirmation e-mail through [redacted] that the order had been received and that I would receive an e-mail when it was shipped. I also confirmed a few days late that the money had been withdrawn from my bank account. However, I never heard anything more from Watford Outlet and have not , to this date , received any merchandise. I have tried to call their phone # but only get a sound as if I am calling a fax machine. I called another number that was listed online and got an answering service - the operator said she had never heard of Watford outlet.

I did e-mail them on 12- 20-2014 to ask about the order-but also got no reply.Desired Settlement: I would like to get my money returned. I would also like to know why this company advertises online but then is so hard to contact - although they seem happy to take the customer's money.

A total of 4 Orders was placed on the 29th December and we only received 1 order... it's been close to 30 days now and the Seller has indicated the order says it's completed....

Email responses by Watford are incoherent to the source or delay of where the missing items are.

I have sent 4 emails requesting whether the seller will send the missing order costing me US$81.76 but seller wants the product back first before refund... ????????
