Right from the onset of this transaction there seemed to be some dissatisfaction with the buyer over the sales tax which she requested that should be refundedI told her it could not be refunded because it was mandatory by law and it was not being paid to me
After delivery confirmation by the UPS storeI assumed that everything was okayI am shocked that the buyer proceeded to try to malign me by calling me a thief and also by trying to destroy the credibility of my companyAs she is well aware, garments are made to order and I have sent the palazzo pant to her twiceI have proceeded to send it again for the third time and I have attached proof of shipment in my response to this allegationAt this point I am convinced that the buyer is interested in giving me a bad reputation at all costsI will proceed to mail you the mailing receipts and proof of delivery records I am grateful to the UPS store for their top notch system which has enabled me to have a way of defending my reputation and credibility here
