I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
 
1-22-14: The first call was for a road service not a tow. A tow truck driver that pulls for Watt's not an employee of Watt's....told my driver it was an electrical issue so it had to be towed. Nothing of FUEL or GASOLINE was mentioned and if it was I with 30 years of driving diesel trucks know the difference between the both of them.My driver told me the tow truck driver was just that a tow truck driver and not a Mechanic. Watts didn't send a road service because it was -4deg! They made a false evaluation of the breakdown & didn't want to send a road service do to the weather.
 
1-24-14: So much for customer service my driver sat in a hotel room for two days. Watt's service department didn't start on my truck until I called begging them just to look at it! So I ask you this.... on that day 2 so called technicians took all day to realize the truck was out of fuel and it was NOT an electrical issue as misdiagnosed at first. So they were able to put fuel in it start it and get it in the shop remember that.........
 
1-27-14: Well yes ....3 days later why so long to approve repairs.......Well because of the OUTRAGOUS prices charged for towing and repairs that kind of money is not just sitting around for a person who is just starting a company.......by the way I asked the service manager to work with me but that fell on deaf ears. So think back to the 24th when ..... the 2 so called techs that were in the freezing cold weather that could not figure out a simple DIESEL FUEL issue but  remember they were able to start it on that day. So why did they have to tow it I the shop? Each time they towed the truck in the shop they hit me with a tow bill? I had it towed once that's all it should take......why should I pay for there in competence on how to get a truck in the shop. They could have charged the air system to release the tractor brake or caged the maxi brakes to release them and pulled it with another truck.....even a Watt's pick up truck to get the truck in the shop.
                  Late that evening I was called by [redacted] in service area. He told me the Bunk heater system batteries were diagnosed as the electrical problem as causing a short and draining the trucks starting batteries.....two separate systems. I authorized the repairs for that issue. I asked if this would fix the drain on the electrical system. I was told yes it would ......on to another misdiagnosis
 
1-28-14: Was called by Watt's they stated to me the truck still would not start even after their Techs said the Bunk system was at fault.......NOT!!! Well again money was tight and I was working on getting the cash for the repairs and fuel......I will not deny money issues. I was told that the batteries for the starting system were bad and had to be replaced at a cost of $73 per battery. I asked once again if this was the problem and was assured this would fix the starting problem..........if I could only see into the future!!
 
1-29-14: Still working on cash flow issues
 
1-31-14: Authorize fuel to be added. Additional starting issues were not mentioned by Watt's service department.......LIES!
 
2-5-14: Was told Truck was ready for pick up and asked if it was functional? I was told yes it was and you can pick it up. I sent my driver to retrieve the truck. Upon getting to the truck it was already running when the driver arrived.........now why would this be? I've picked up many a vehicle from shops and it was here are you keys the vehicle is outside......sound fishy to me.....maybe they knew the truck wouldn't start for the driver?????HMMM
 
2-6-14: Driver called form his home to say THE THREE NEW batteries were dead. MISDIAGNOSIS AGAIN........NOT THE BATTERIES. I called Watt's and spoke to the Manager and I asked them to come get the truck to fix what I paid for.......the refuse and only offer to jump start the unit. I was also told never to bring the truck back for other work cause they would not work on it!
 
Last Watt's is trying to hide behind a miswording on the type of fuel a diesel truck takes. Bottom line is the word used the most in my email....MISDIAGNOSIS!!! I ask the stand by there work nothing more.......they didn't and to me that show fault on there behalf.

Review: On January 22, 2014 my driver allowed the vehicle to run out of gasoline and I called for Road Side Assistance. They didn't provide us with gas due to the frigid weather and towed the truck to Watt's Truck Center Inc. They park the truck and tractor outside. The next day they tried to start the truck but did not crank. They didn't add fuel to the vehicle like we ask but continue to work on this truck. Saying it wasn't because the truck ran out of gasoline. They didn't add gasoline to the truck until February 5, 2014 when it was ready to be pick up.They indicated that other then the gasoline we needed that it was the batteries not working and needed 3 new batteries which were replaced. Found out today they lied and never road tested the truck just moved the truck from the inside to the yard. We pick up the truck last night a couple of miles. Turned on the truck and did not work. We immediately called the Repair place so they could check the truck to see what was going on and was told! In order for us to check the truck we have to pay them again. They didn't guarantee their work only the batteries and labor, wheel seal and labor. They had the truck for 8 days never added gas until the last day, never road tested the truck and mileage in was 784079 and out 784085 on Feb 5, 2014. They also destroyed our Fire Extensior under the truck and didn't say anything. They also send us 3 different invoices. Had to ask to speak to a Manager/Owner.Desired Settlement: I would like this truck to be fixed like it supposed to, other then the truck running out of fuel it was running and working in proper condition. Because, they failed to do their job properly and refuel our truck on road side assistance. They are the one's that messed up the truck by fixing other things they focusing on the real problem. I have documents and emails to send you when needed.If they cannot fix the truck then should replace the truck with another one that works like it was before.

1/22/2014 - At 8:32 pm in -4 degree weather, we were dispatched to tow a loaded tractor and trailer from, edge of busy highway. There were no instructions at that time to add “gasoline” to vehicle even though it uses diesel. Towed vehicle to our facility and parked it outside because our shop was full of scheduled work.
