Review: I signed a contract on 3/27/2015 with Moede Roofing to which the terms stated that all major credit cards were accepted, after several calls and e-mails to Moede's I received a call stating that it was Moded Roofing a Division of Waukesha Roofing, to schedule my repairs at this time no one had stated that the business was sold and that the new company did not accept credit cards, so I scheduled the repairs for 4/22/15. They came and completed some of the work that was on the original estimate band did not have to do some of the work that was on the estimate. I continued to e-mail Moede's ( as I was unaware that they were sold and no longer in business) to ask for an updated invoice of the work that was actually performed at my home. Larry M[redacted] called me back stating that there would be a 50.00 credit for the work that was not performed, however, I never received an updated bill. I called again and left a message to receieve an updated bill so that I could call in my credit card information, that evening (4/30/15) I was called back by Lori from Waukesha Roofing stating that they did not accept credit cards, to my dismay I stated that they had to honor the original contract terms and asked why no one had bothered to tell me that the company that I signed the contract with was sold and that the new company did not accept credit cards as I would have taken my business elsewhere. She stated that she would have someone from AR call me the following day (a call to which I never received). I then received an invoince in the mail on 5/9/15 I then called and left another message for the company stating AGAIN that my method of payment was credit card and that it is no fault of my own that they do not accept credit cards and they need to figure something out. I received a call back on May 11, 2015 and the company wanted to act as a credit card company charge me 25.00 per month for a payment and then add interest as a credit card company would. I declined as the credit card that I was planning on using has protections that they cannot offer (i.e. if I am unable to work or become unemployed they pick up my payments). They threatned to put a lien on my home for non-payment even though I am offering payment by the terms of the contract that I have signed. There are also several things on the contract that were not completed eaves were not cleared of all loose fill insulation and baffle vents were already installed prior to this company completing any work. the only work that was performed under the 480.00 charge was removing 18 vents and re-installing the same vents. When contacting the company they had the old owner call me and threaten to put a lien on my home. I have contacted them and told them that I no longer wish to speak to the old owner as he has sold my contract to them and they are the company that performed the work.Desired Settlement: I wish to have the original contract honored with the payment of credit card and to have my invoice adjusted for work not performed

We have contacted [redacted] and resolved the dispute as follows: 1. Ms. [redacted] will be able to pay her invoice in full using her credit card via our Paypal account. 2. The (18) vents will again be opened up and the loose insulation in the eaves within 2’ of the vents will be removed. Work is scheduled forFriday 6/5/15.
