Review: I filled up at this gas station around 4pm on Friday, August 16th, 2013. I put in 10 bucks paid at the pump with my debit card. I come home later that night check my online bank statement. I have a additional charge for 49.70 I called the business up told me to call back Saturday and talk to the manager. I called back Saturday they told me that was my bank holding the 49.70. I was still very confused about this charge called my bank up [redacted] Monday afternoon. They told me the don't hold charges on my card. I called back the gas station gave them my info. They questioned me if I came back 26 minutes and either pumped gas. I did not give anyone permission to pump gas or gave out my debit card numbers to anyone. I called them back Tuesday morning since they never returned my phone call. We had a person right after about 26 minutes later with that amount which was basically a drive off but they charged me for it. I did not appreciate them charging my card without doing any research about their missing sale so just charge me once again which was not right. When I first called on Saturday they were already lying about my bank holding the amount on my card.Desired Settlement: I would like to see my 49.70 put back on my debit card. It's not right to overcharge me for fuel I did not put into my vehicle. I want a letter saying they are sorry. I don't like liars...

credit of 49.70 was issued to Stacy's debit card on 8/28/13- as soon as I

was able to investigate and verify the situation.
