I had a rather small job, a single plaque, that I needed custom fabricated. Wausau Awards treated me with the same customer service as if I were a big client with a large order. They worked closely with me to assure my design specs were met, had immediate responses to questions, and great follow-up on production and delivery timelines. I'm a professional designer with high standards, and was quite impressed. Would definitely recommend their services.

Wausau Awards & Engraving has been fabulous to work with. A few years ago, I was given the task of finding an engraver for a large donor plaque our district needed. I was impressed with the Wausau Awards website, liked the fact they were in Wisconsin, and, when I requested a quote, the prices were extremely reasonable. When I received the plaque, it was beautiful! I have since used Wausau Awards for two other projects, and have never been disappointed. My organization recently ordered a giving tree kit for the purpose of displaying acknowledgements for contributions from generous donors. The kits comes with a diagram/ layout that makes installation so easy! Wausau provided exceptional, professional, friendly customer service and were easy to contact with questions. The tree display looks amazing in our office entrance way and we are looking forward to expanding on it in the future.

Wausau Awards & engraving did an excellent job on a custom plaque for a restoration piece for my car. I had given them a picture of the original plaque which is no longer available, and they where very helpful in recreating the piece to an identical match. Their customer service is top notch, they were glad to help and clearly take pride in what they do. After they recreated the piece on their computer they sent me several pictures of what it would look like and was made to my exact specifications and measurements given to them. They gave me options of material to use and thickness to match every detail to the orginal piece. I couldn't be happier with the results of their work and will definately be going to them in the future. Very professional and awesome customer service!

Wausau Engraving has a friendly, helpful staff. They provided guidance to my application, quick turn on a quote with good illustrations of what the finished product would look like. My order was processed within just a couple of days and shipped immediately. I was very happy with the results and plan to use Wausau Engraving for all my engraving needs!

I ordered a plaque for my son's memorial. The customer service was above and beyond excellent. They helped me with the final design and spent time back and forth a few times to perfect it. After that they fabricated the aluminum plaque. It was delivered on time in about 2 weeks. It came out perfect. It is a highly crafted piece of work. Something to be proud of. I often times say that America is not the same America it used to be with people taking pride in the work they do. Well, they proved that this pride is still alive and you can still find it in this company.

We have created a Memory Garden in honor of our parents and grandparents. We found a very large boulder that was split perfectly in two, and had them placed in our memory garden. I work for a community college in Southern California, and was given the task to find a company for an order of two bronze plaques. An extensive online research led me to several companies, Wausau Awards & Engraving being one of them. After receiving several price quotes, it turned out Wausau was by far the cheapest.

I felt hesitant to order from a company "all the way on the other side of the country". And that cheap, too? That cannot be good quality, I thought.

But the one factor that made me place the order was the page on their website, "What People Are Saying About Us". The very first item on that page is a Cast Bronze Plaque for a World War I Memorial Footbridge. Although you cannot determine the quality of the plaque by the picture, the positive feedback combined with the fact that this is a highly visible item made me feel the quality ought to be very good. I placed our order, and indeed, when I received our plaques the quality is definitely outstanding!
