Review: I signed a contract with[redacted] in July 2013. The service we received was barely usable, horrible internet connection etc. Anytime we called they said they would speak with the technical dept and solve the issue. Anyway we moved on from this and worked with the low internet. Recently I got in touch with the company to ask about terminating my contract, I was told to email which I did and no one got back to me. So I emailed again. No one got back to me. So I called and spoke to a rep. He then said he would call me back the next day, he did not. I called back today, the sales rep was very aggressive and I asked to be connected with someone else. I was called back by someone in billing and she spoke to me in a condescending tone rather than trying to explain kindly how to resolve the issue as would be normal with a client. I then asked to speak to a manager and we spoke and discussed the issue. They are telling me that my only choice to terminate is to still pay till the end of my contract. Because of the 1. horrible service provided (the internet) 2. the horrible service provided by the sales rep 3. and the unreliable communication that the business has with their clients I would like to terminate my contract. Please help us solve this problem.Desired Settlement: I would like to terminate my contract...not by paying the entire rest of the contract $. Most companies have a settlement fee for terminations, signal points fee is the rest of the contract. This makes absolutely no sense. Thank you!
