Review: On August 11, 2016 I decided to purchase a pair of shoes from the Wavy Kickz online store. The shoes cost $130.00 with free shipping. I live in Virginia Beach VA and the store is located Richmond VA, a 2 hour distance roughly, I received a conformation number for my purchase but no shipping tracking number, this went on for a week but no delivery. I emailed this business twice with no response, also tried to call 10-12 times but know one answered. I proceeded to their Instagram page and made numerous comments in regards to where my purchase was at which time my comments were being erased by staff in charge of the store. There are a bunch of people in the same boat as I'm in, unable to receive a refund or obtain my merchandise. I definitely feel like this is a case of a scam or a case of fraud. I have notified my Credit Card Company in reference to this incident and made a claim through the Frauds Department and will be refunded for my purchase by my credit company. I had one person who worked in the store make brief contact with me over the phone on August 19, 2016 and told me that my purchase might have sold to someone else because he could not find my order but would call me back with an update. The employee texted me three times all of which he couldn't find the shoes, I asked what I was supposed to do since I already paid, do I get another pair or refund, but he went silent and didn't return any messages or phone calls, I called four times after that but he didn't have a voice message system and the store itself never answered there phones.Desired Settlement: I don't want any one else to have to go through this and I feel like this complaint was warranted. People should know that this is not a good business to purchase from or deal with.

Review: On June 10, 2016, I contacted Wavy Kickz indicating the shoes that I had purchased were not the quality I expected and wanted to know how to return the shoes and get a refund of my $140.00.On June 11, 2016, a store associate responded where to send the shoes and the money would be refunded. On June 17, 2016, I again contacted the store and advised the shoes had been returned. On June 18, 2016, I again emailed the store and no there was no response. To date, I have not received a refund of $140.00Desired Settlement: I would like my $140.00 returned for a product that I was dissatisfied with.

Review: I ordered a pair of shoes off Wavy Kicks website on 7/21/16. The transaction went through and my payment was processed by my bank, but I have yet to get my shoes that I purchased. I went to wavy Kicks store and gave them my information and they refuse to give me the shoes or my money back. I contacted my bank and they said I needed to contact the Revdex.com for an investigation or they could not do anything.Desired Settlement: I am just looking to get my money back at this point, I no longer wish to do business with wavy kicks because I have talked to others that have had this same issue with them.

Review: Made an online purchase totaling $130.00. Accidentally put in incorrect shipping address. Address had been changed prior to shipping. Wavy Kickz claimed it was shipped to the address that was invalid. The invalid address does not exist. I received an email stating that the shipping information was received by USPS but there isn't any tracking informed. I've called the store several times. When I finally was able to speak to someone, I was given the run around and my problem was not resolved. I've tried calling again and I've also emailed. I have not received a response. At this point, I am only looking to recieve a refund because the product was not received.Desired Settlement: Full refund

Review: I've purchased a pair of shoes from these guys, a couple weeks before Christmas. I did that so that I could receive them as an early Christmas present to myself! They were a pair of Jordans. They publicly said on their [redacted] page to "buy shoes early, so you could receive them before Christmas for a perfect gift under the tree!". Or something like that, of that nature. Anyways. The shoes that I purchased were $80.00, well including shipping around $85.00. The purchase date was around December 14th, or the 15th. They sent me a confirmation email to my email, which was good. At the bottom it said "if you have any questions with your order, please contact us". So around the 20, 21st of December, STILL NO BOX AT MY FRONT DOOR. So I contacted them on [redacted], where they post new shoes that come in, etc. Still no reply. I email them, still, NO REPLY. Then AFTER Christmas, they finally tell me to Direct Message them on [redacted], telling me to tell them what the problem is. I've sent them a snapshot of proof that i've bought the shoes, and wondering where are they?? What's the hold up???? So basically to sum it all up, i'm highly dissatisfied with my purchase with them. To this day, January 20th, 2015, I still haven't heard a WORD from them. That's just NOT how you run a business. Customers should always come first.Desired Settlement: All I want now is simply a refund of my money that they snatched from me. Because this is just ridiculous.
