WaWa officer, or WaWa Compliance official have NOT personally contacted me with apology, complimentary offer as I desire, and how they plan to ensure this (bone) don’t shagain in their chicken noodle soup A lady representing a 3rd party company called and tried to be a mediator However, I conveyed to her that I’m looking for a call from a WaWa official as I’ve stated above I mailed this lady a photo of the chicken bone with her incident report I also mailed an info copy of her incident report to WaWa corporation As of 11/16/17, WaWa has not displayed any sign of public relations I also notified the Chester County Health Dep’t. Review: Around 10:40am I stopped in Wawa and ordered an egg white sandwich with spinach and cheese. I paid for that and a drink...got my food and went back to work. When I unwrapped it one side of the bread was very soggy and stuck to the paper, the other side was hard as a brick. I then noticed something brown in the sandwich and noticed the entire egg was burnt, it was disgusting. I had to throw the entire thing away, waste of money. I tried to contact the company first by going online but for some reason their contact info did not load on the website so I was unable to see who I should call/email so I just came to Revdex.com. I have been here on numerous occasions and this is not the first time I have had my order wrong or it not seem fresh...I understand things happen bt as many mistakes that I have recieved from this store, this one has made me not want to return to this location.Desired Settlement: I would like the money refunded to my card I used.

Review: I gave the cashier 30 dollars and bought sunflower seeds for 1.99. When I asked for the balance to be put on a gas pump the attendant first got the pump # wrong then only gave me 24.01 on the pump when I was supposed to get 28.01. I went back into the store and the cashier asked for her drawer to be counted stating that I gave her a 20 bill and 6 1 bills when I really gave her a 20 bill a 5 bill and 5 1 bills. The manager was not helpful at all and told me there was nothing he could do and did not try to assist me in finding a way to rectify the situation. He just seemed annoyed and wanted to get me out of the storeDesired Settlement: 4.00 cash because I was supposed to get 28.01 and only received 24.01.
