recall repair for the next customer in lineWe notified the previous customer ahead of Mr*** and gave him two weeks to come in and get the recall part installedOnce the two weeks had lapsed for the previous customer we called Mr*** to let him know his part was here in actuality that part was to be installed on Mr*** vehicleThe next day Mr*** called and said he had not heard from us and wanted to know the status of his recall partWe told him he was notified two weeks ago and did not respond so we assigned his part to the next customer in line, that being Mr***He indicated to us that he had not received any call from us and had been waiting also since June for his recall to be performed so we decided it was best to give the part back to Mr*** and keep Mr*** in the order he was in which was after Mr***With this short supply of parts we are certainly under a large construction to get these recalls completedAfter Mr*** recall is done and files with the Chrysler's recall department, Chrysler should ship us another recall part and that part will be for Mr***We will notify him to bring his car in and we will perform the recallHopefully this would be in the next week to daysOnce again I would like to apologize for the contractions that we are under and the inconvenience that we have caused our customer.Thank you*** ***

This letter is in response to the complaint against Chrysler of Culpeper regarding *** ***’ visit and inquiry on a new *** ***First, I wish to apologize to Ms*** for her poor experience with our sales departmentWe recently starting pricing our new vehicles using a different third-party companyThat change was at the center of this mistake on our partDuring the changeover from one system to the other, we manually calculated our sales price before manufacture rebates and entered it in the new system, and unfortunately we mistyped the price on some vehiclesOf the 150+ new vehicles in inventory at the time we made this error on vehicles, and most were caught by our sales team, however in the case of Ms***’ inquiry, we had not corrected our mistake yetUnfortunately, to make matters worse, our sales consultant did not recognize the mistake before confirming the vehicle’s availability and pricing, and as a result our dealership expressed to Ms***’ that the vehicle was available without correctly disclosing the accurate sales price.Again, I would like to express our apologies for this mistake by our sales department and I hope our forthright nature along with our record with the Revdex.com as well as various social media ratings will speak to Chrysler of Culpeper’s trustworthiness and honesty in working with customers over the last 20+ yearsIf for any reason there is further communication on either party's part, please do not hesitate to reach out to me via this forum, by email *** or by telephone via my direct line at ***
