June 16, Dear [redacted] :Thank for your letter dated June 5, 2014, received by us on June 6t 2014, regarding the above referenced complaint, We are concerned, as you are, and are anxious to resolve this problemBelow, please find our responses to the customer's complaints:1)Transaction that posted to her account against non-sufficient funds that she claims was not authorized:a.An ACH electronic debit posted on June 2, 2014, in the amount Of $1,495.00, that did cause an overdraft, however, the customer advised a bank representative on June 4, 2014, that this transaction was authorized, but the company posted it on a date earlier than agreed upon;b.The bank representative explained that the item was already returned unpaid for NSF, and since it was posted earlier than agreed upon by the company, that she should contact the company for reimbursement of the overdraft fee;c.Upon review of this matter, the bank could have had the customer sign an ACH dispute form for reason “the debit was made to my account on a date earlier than the date I authorized the debit to occur" and as a courtesy reimbursed her for any associated fees; andd. The customer has since closed the account, but the bank will reimburse the overdraft fee and an Official Check will be mailed to the customer's address on record.2)Non-sufficient funds fee - customer states that she told us when the account was opened that she did not want to be charged if there was no money in the account:a.If an item is presented against non-sufficient funds the bank’s NSF fee will be assessed; andb. The customer was previously provided all applicable disclosures explaining overdrafts and related fees, including options for lower cost alternatives to avoid overdrafts and related fees.It is my hope that this matter has been satisfactorily resolvedPlease feel free to contact me at ( [redacted] if you have any questions or additional concernsThank you again for bringing this matter to our attention

This account was by me because not only did they charged my account $35.00 dollars for the over draft fee but they continue to charge me $5.00 per day.
The reason I am accepting this offer is because I just want to move on from this but I am not happy with there actions towards me.

Review: When I first opened my account with Wayne Bank I told them that I do not want to be charged for an overdraft fee if their was no money in the account well they failed to do that now I am being charged the 35.00 dollars overdraft fee and also to a check that I never authorized. I do not know what they are doing over there but I want this account to be closed ASAP not tommorow not next week but TODAY.I am done dealing with this bank.Desired Settlement: I want them to credit the account because it is there fault since they can't honor anything they put in print or speak and I want the account to be closed forever.
