[redacted] failed to respond to numerous phone calls my husband called four times I called once over a time period of
One and half months.
Every window except one in attic are painted shut which is a fire hazard also several of the storm windows have been put back incorrect and we can't get them out! All of the windows have hand prints and all of them have not had paint removed from the muntins
We have 34 windows in our home.We like to have our windows cleaned in October so this needs to be completed now.Desired Settlement: We want all windows able to open. And paint scraped off all windows and around the muntins of which I can take pictures of how they are now a horrible mess and these painters were recommended we never had had such a mess! HELP!
