Ms*** purchased the vehicle AS-ISShe did not want an extended service planHowever I would have taken care
of the issue had she taken the vehicle to my mechanic
Ms*** called Waynesburg Auto Sales the day of the sale and stated that she believed the vehicle was overheatingI told her to check the coolant cap, which was in fact looseA couple of hours later she telephoned to let me know that everything was ok with the vehicle and that the loose cap was the problem, which had been resolved,
A couple of days later I got a call from Ms, *** and her "mechanic''He was telling her one thing was wrong and telling me something completely differentI had no confidence In anything he was saying and suggested that the car come to my mechanicShe declinedHad she taken the vehicle to my mechanic, It would have been taken care ofInstead, she was adamant her "mechanic" knew what he was talking about and refused to have mine look at it (whom had just Installed an new radiator In the vehicle}In my personal opinion I feel as though Ms*** and or her "mechanic" where trying to scam/me
Thank you,

Review: I purchased a 2005 Ford Explorer on September 11, 2013. On September 13, 2013, I called to report that there was a transmission leak. I was told that there was not a mechanic on site and there was nothing they could do. On September 16, I had the front seal replaced, (and the back rotors because they were extremely worn). On September 28, 2013 the transmission totally went out and the vehicle was towed to a transmission shop. We were told that there was no way that any repair would have worked and that the dealer must have known about the problem prior to the sale. I went to Waynesburg Auto to speak to the owner, [redacted] She asked for the name of the transmission shop and told me she would call them to see if there was anything she could do to help. She then said she would call me. Ms. [redacted]never called the transmission shop, nor did she ever make an attempt to call me. The total for the vehicle repair is approximately $2,000 and we cannot afford to have it repaired. The vehicle is financed, so I am making monthly payments on a vehicle that remains, still not repaired, at the transmission shop.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund on the vehicle, plus settlement of the loan.

Review: I bought a car off of [redacted] on Feb. 24,2014 for $ 5000 hoping it would last me a few years. The day I got the car and was on my way back to work it overheated. I called her to tell her it was overheating and she told to check the cap of the coolant. The overflow coolant was off so I had someone bring me coolant so I can continue to drive it back to work. I forgot I didn't make it all the way there cause my car kept iverheating. So I took it to a mechanic and he told me the head gasket was blown and wires to the fan and my lights were cut. Which she said that I did it. I don't know that much about cars to know what wires to cut and why would I do that. I know its against the law to sell vehicles with a blown head gasket. I tried to get legal aid to help but they wouldn't and the magistrate wouldn't help me unless I pay more money to them. I'm a single mom trying to work I do not live off of the government I work for my money now I can only work a few days cause I have to find rides to work cause I'm without a car. I didn't even get to drive it a whole day. Can someone please help me.Desired Settlement: I want my $5062 dollars back
