We explained that during the time of re-selection. Also, if a customer goes with merchandise at lesser value it is to stay an in-store credit. This too was explained to the customer. A few weeks after delivery, the customer's daughter came in and we explained the process to her as well. The merchandise has been in the customer's home since November of 2016 & they have now decided to contact Revdex.com. We will go ahead and accommodate customer's request, as we strive to provide excellent customer service.Thank you
