I handled this claim with Mr. [redacted]. After reviewing his claim and for purposes of customer satisfaction, I decided to refund Mr. [redacted]’s diagnoses charges back to him. He received his check mid month of April. Best Regards, [redacted] Service Manager Weatherford BMW

The dealership is sending a generic response and does not in any detail acknowledge the overcharge they imposed on this repair. No offer of resolution was given. This is not acceptable to me.
I am expecting a refund of the overcharge in the amount indicated in the original complaint.

All consumers should consider cost in the world of internet, Amazon/Ebay may be cheaper, but they don't have the cost associated with a dealership. Every business has carrying costs overhead will differ greatly depending on area.

I am fully aware of the cost for various distributon channels and I completely understand this to be reflected in labor rates charged for the work. What is not acceptable is the overcharge on parts that have an MSRP issued by BMW USA. That is the crux of the matter.
I am still expecting Weatherford BMW to accept responsibility for this egregious overcharge. A refund of the overcharge settles it once and for all.
My position has not changed and I reserve the right to take legal steps to pursue this matter further.
I remain hopeful that this matter can be resolved amicably.
