I went to Windsor Button Shop on 12/28/12 I crochet & knit for AARP/hooks and needles Volunteer program on Tues & Thurs for elderly and homeless people. I need small crochet hooks. When I arrived in the store, nobody assisted me. I found the hooks and there was a sales girl with her back to me. I was in there before and received the same thing being ignored, a customer told me where to go. I found the hooks and proceeded to the register. There was 2 ladies standing on left of me. I have the sales person my credit/debit card. she took it and shouted out my name so everyone in the store could hear her. I felt very uncomfortable and left. She didn’t do it to the others.
