Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
Regards, The employee told my husband that he dented the washer and I heard the conversation, then denied it. There was not a single mark on the washer when it was brought to WC Appliance. The deep scratches on the door did not wipe off and I informed the owner of suchAs far as being wrongly accused of damaging the washer ,I have before and after pics of washer, The law says that there reasonable care has to be taken care of someone else property. The new board price was on the internet is only $not $300.00 It is WC appliance personal not professional opinion of what my year old $1,washer is worth. There a many numerous negative reviews and complaints concerning WC Appliance , wished I did more research before dealing with them. I am not the only who is very disgruntled with WC ApplianceI still want the damaged parts replacedand washer restored to original condition.

Response to customer complaint ([redacted])in response to Mrs. [redacted]s' accusations: We spent 2.5 hours troubleshooting her GE washer. dollars plus tax and labor. We contacted the customer and they decided not to repair the washer. We offered to scrap the unit and they wanted to pick it up. We left the washer disassembled to show them the faulty parts. At that time Mr. [redacted] told us to leave the machine apart and he would take it as is. We reassembled the unit as a courtesy. We assisted Mr. [redacted] in loading the washer with his help. Upon loading the unit Mr. [redacted] twisted the unit on the tailgate of his pickup truck and damaged the corner of the washer (which he admitted to doing in front of two witnesses). The scuff on the door of the washer was on there when they dropped the unit off. My worker showed Mrs. [redacted] that the scuff could be wiped right off. Mrs. [redacted] paid a 60 dollar plus 3.60 tax for a 1 hour bench fee, we charged her nothing more. The washer is not worth the repair and is only worth 5 dollars in scrap weight which we offered to Mrs. [redacted]. She refused it. This is the first time in 30 years of business that we were wrongly accused of damaging an appliance.Sincereiy,Rich K[redacted]Owner W.C. Appliance

Review: I took in my $1,000.00, 3 yr old washer to find out what was wrong with it. They offered to load and unload the item for me, told them to be very careful not to damage it. Upon loading the item in the front clear view door has several deep scratches and a fair sized dent. They told me they put all the screws back in it., on way home the lid bent up backwards because the screws were not put back on it and it is severely damaged. The owner offered me $5.00 for my $1,0000 washer. There is no reasonable reason for any of these damages. The owner said they do not load or unload items. There is no sign saying so anywhere on or in the property. I was not informed of this when arrangements were made to bring the item in. Any buisness has to take reasonable care of customers property.Desired Settlement: I want W C Appliance to pay for the damaged parts to be replaced
