Review: Work performed by said company was not as promised and after numerous phone calls and emails and being ignored by the owner himself the problem has still not been resolved. We had our old walkway replaced with pavers in April 2013 and we were assured that there would be no spaces between the pavers. This was a concern because of medical issues with our knees and fear of tripping and falling. We were promised that the walkway would be even ,which it is not. We have not been successful in getting this resolved even though the owner had spoken with us on two occasions and promised to take care of the problem.Desired Settlement: We would like the company to honor their contract with us and finish the work as promised . All they have to do is fill in the spaces with more sand and compact it in. This something we cannot do and feel it is their responsibility. We honored our side of the contracted and paid them ,so now it's time for them to them to be honorable.

WDR has met with the wife and has made the repairs to the customers satisfaction. WDR left the premises after the home owner was satified

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and accept the resolution with the understanding that the company will address and repair any other problems in the future. My wife and I feel that the initial work was not done properly and done in a hurry and as a result the problem will persist. We want it noted that we still have concerns about tripping on the uneven spaces. We thank the workers for doing their best to resolve the problem.
